Reyes Barbecue | SM Mall of Asia — Restaurant in Pasay

RUDE STAFF! POOR SERVICE! This doesn't even deserve a star. Food are not worth of its price plus the fact that their serving time is 35 minutes. We went here last Dec. 15, 2018 between 9.00pm til 10pm. We've been waiting for 25min when we follow up our order. The cashier then told as "ay 'di ba kayo na-informed? 30mins to 45mins serving time... Patingin nga ng resibo? 8.59pm na-take 'yong order nyo... Wait lang, nakapila pa kasi." And we are just like... Whatha@%#^#&$($ Kailangan de numero pa talaga... So we were just like... Fine! 45mins.

So exactly 45mins we followed up back and still none... Ang nakakainis pa, may nauna pang naserve sa client na nahuli samin... May paoras oras pa ng napakatagal na serving at may papila pila pa daw na ng order na nalalaman tapos may mauuna pang nahuling client. Then when they serve their order, mali mali pa. Dumating ang di namin inorder at 'yong order namin wala.

Might've been people there are tired for working all day, but that is not enough reason to be selectively polite sa mga customers. Cashiers or frontline people for this kind of business shouldn't be that rude... And because of that, we will definitely not try this restaurant again at any branches because of this experience.

Don't even bother to consider eating on this...
