On December 3 of afternoon, while exploring different McDonald's branches in Parañaque, I had a bad experience at the Blue Bay branch so as a McDonald's crew myself, I expected higher expectations here, the mid-shift crew seemed unmotivated, when I requested to speak with the manager, a counter crew ignored my request and asked me to step aside so I had to find another crew to get my concern addressed, this lack of response suggests inadequate training from this counter crew (hindi alam ang EPD jusko). Later, after waiting over 10 minutes (it wasn't even peak hour), I went to the claiming order station, a crew member which possibly a runner or fries person, gave me my order with an unhappy expression, which was unexpected because the Feel Good Moments must be came from front counters. Read moreWe ordered cashless through their kiosk at around 9pm+. We waited for 20+ mins and the food is not yet ready. They also turned off the screen to keep track of the food orders. I politely asked for a follow up since it already took so long for just 2 meals. After this, I was informed that it will take another 20 mins for the food to be ready. I talked to their staff and their manager (who is also very impolite) and all they can say is that they had a little problem with their kitchen staff and they can’t do anything about it. I opted for a full refund. Because of the situation I took the cash only to find out that they weren’t able to refund rhe full amount. highway robbery.
