Edited post: often visit mcdonald's Villaruel just to have my breakfast. BIG SHOUT OUT to the staff named JASMINE.. She has this pleasant attitude, welcoming, knowledgeable,friendly, attentive, polite, helpful, and always smiling.. She is the perfect staff to work in F&B or any customer service position. She is the one who is willing to do extra mile for customers. Nowadays, it is rare to find an amazing staff like jasmine who is sincere and honest. I just can't stop myself to write a review about her as she is really deserving to be recognized for her effort and hardwork. I hope the company can also appreciate how amazing she is. I have been working in Food and Beverage industry outside the country for many years and I am very particular with customer service. She is the reason why we have pleasant dining experience at this establishment. The rest of the staff here are also great but the service of Jasmine is really fantastic and I guarantee that she can fly high with her great customer service. 11 out of 10 for Jasmine!! She deserves better than perfect score!!! Excellent job.
I ordered HOT coffee at around 1:30am , November 11, 2024. I was served warm coffee.. As a coffee lover, I always wanted my coffee to be served HOT.. That was not the first time i was served warm coffee. I was served warm coffee a few times so it came to the pont to highlight my concern about coffee as I really can't drink warm coffee. I just told the staff that the coffee was warm and I ordered and paid another coffee and requested to serve me another cup of coffee but it must be hot enough to drink it.. I am really disappointed as i did not order warm or cold coffee. From 5 star rating down to 1...

Was about to give this place an extra star... but decided to take one our instead.
Food is still great, place is clean (at least in the first floor). Self order kiosk is working (and you can actually pay for your orders).
Again, service is an issue, my tray arrived wet and my fries was hit by whatever liquid that was. Cashier didn't have enough change for me and seems like she already forgot about it.
So 1st visit - we lost our umbrella 2nd visit - the cashier didn't give my change.
First time visiting this branch. I still love McDo, but I'm not sure if we're visiting this branch again. EVER! Wife lost her umbrella here, I wouldn't blame the staff or security, but it just tells you about the crowd this branch attracts. Kids play area is outside the function room (2nd floor) - its crazy noisy upstairs.
