Before I even got inside the store, I had already been waiting outside for a long time because I knew there was paid parking. Then when I finally went in, my order wasn’t even prepared just because it was for delivery? Seriously? They were serving walk-in customers first, even though I was already standing right in front of them.
I had to pay 40 pesos for parking because I went over 15 minutes, and I’m a rider. That’s messed up. And when I finally got the order, it felt like they were the ones who were annoyed.
One hour just for one order. A whole hour wasted. That’s time I could’ve spent doing another delivery.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pancake House in Met Live Mall. They offer a deal that includes coffee with one free refill, but when I asked for the refill, the server (MAKY) insisted that he had already given it—even though he never did. To make matters worse, when I checked my bill, I was charged for both the coffee and an additional refill that I never received.
