BonChon Chicken — Restaurant in Pasig

The serving is extremely slow. you should expect at least 20mins to get your food. The place was not even crowded. just around 3 to 4 people waiting for food. when i ordered the food, the worker told me it would take 15minutes and gave me a cup of drink i ordered. why would you give the drink first if you are going to serve the food 15minutes later?. so i told her i would get my drink with the food. so after about 25 minutes, i got my food, the worker didnt bring the drink so i asked for it again. Then she nodded and disappeared.i waited again for 5minutes yea of course the drink didnt come . so i had to go to the counter and ask for it again and then worker started pouring the drink and the other worker asked her a question and she started doing something else lol what a nice service. fries tasted like fried flour but the burger was fine because it has a big petty. it's a fast food chain but slower than proper restaurant. i worked in a restaurant for years it is not like i could never understand them but come on how could you...

We went there today Aug 18, 2024 Sunday at 8:10pm. We just want to have their BingSu. As soon as we were on the counter, the girl said that if we will Dine In, we need to finish our food within 15 minutes because they will close down the store within 15 minutes. Since we were there by 8:10pm, does it mean that the restaurant will close before 8:30pm? Yes, the girl said. I told her we will not order anything else except for the BingSu since she doesn't want to receive any more customers. Actually, she was frowning when we entered the restaurant thinking that here are some more useless paying customers who wants to eat something. BON CHON of Ayala the 30th, if your staffs hate paying customers who wanted to buy your items, then please close down. Do NOT operate at all. Why? ill start with saying that i am not a big fan of bonchon to begin with. just okay. the service is ok when i was ordering - i ordered beef stew. i totally understand that these are frozen or cold that they heat up before serving - problem is , they didnt heat it enough, while the surface is hot, when i bit into it, the inner part of the beef is still very cold. so I asked them to heat it properly, no apologies or anything, they just took it and when it came back - it became extra tough and felt like the serving is smaller already.
