I saw this restaurant on Facebook while I was browsing for a place where hubby and I could celebrate Hearts Day. Since we saw some interesting dishes on their menu and the place was near our office then I booked a table immediately.
Food:
The amuse-bouche was a clever take on crunchy nachos. The foamy dip was well-seasoned. It was a good start.
The pumpkin soup did not have the sweetness we were expecting but the aroma, creaminess and rich flavour of the curry were still very much enticing.
The garden salad had fresh ingredients and different textures but nothing was standing out or particularly special. We are not vegan so it is probably why we were not that impressed.
I ordered the pan-seared salmon while my hubby ordered beef. I looooooooove my main course better. The salmon, chips, potatoes and bokchoy were cooked to perfection while the tamarind sauce tied all the ingredients together. This dish was most definitely the highlight of the evening! ♥️
My hubby and I had contrasting opinions about the Tres Leches. I am not particularly fond of sponge cakes, plain breads and extremely sweet desserts... I was struggling to eat whereas my hubby loooooooved every bit of it!
Atmosphere:
Upscale; fixtures and decor blend industrial with modern styles; well-maintained restroom; premium chandeliers and lighting contribute to the calm and relaxing ambiance; chill background music is definitely the icing on the cake.
Service:
The crew were very attentive during our stay; always checking if we're done so they can serve the next dish; always ensuring thay our glasses were refilled; always answering our enquiries in detail.
I think the only critique I have for the service is that we were not informed that they can only serve us the Valentine's menu. We thought we can choose from their usual dishes (based on our converstions via Facebook messenger).
Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience and we treat this as a hidden gem in the Ortigas business district. We'll...

Our visit to Elevate Bistro Lounge felt like a stroll through a chic winter wonderland. The decor, with its cozy table lighting and inviting seating, set the stage for an enjoyable evening. However, the warmth didn't quite make it to our plates.
The food, though decently presented, faced a chilly challenge on cold plates acompanied with an assertive aircon. The Asian pork and stir-fried shrimp rice dishes played it safe but didn't win any culinary awards. While the crispy pork delivered on its promise, the shrimp, unfortunately, overachieved its doneness, leaving it a bit mushy.
The vegetable duo on our plates seemed to prefer a brief sauna session, appearing barely steamed and yearning for a bit more TLC. Surprisingly, the table lacked the usual suspects—no salt, pepper, or vinegar. We had to request sauces, which arrived just in time to rescue our taste buds.
On a positive note, the decor deserves applause, creating a comfortable ambiance. Yet, the practicality of linen-covered tables or plate mats could elevate the dining experience by preventing premature plate chills.
A discordant note came from the speakers tucked in the corner. Their enthusiasm for music leaned more towards a dance club vibe than a dining atmosphere. Perhaps a volume adjustment would bridge the gap between dinner and dance party.
While Elevate Bistro Lounge boasts a respectable Google rating, our experience nudges it away from a flawless 5-star label. It's more like a solid 3-star contender—a place with potential, needing a bit of fine-tuning to transform it into a top-tier...
Read more5 star worthy! First off, the staff were very accommodating and super friendly. The ambiance of the place is phenomenal! Very cozy and the music was great too. We ordered the Green Curry Pasta, Musubi, Korean Sweet Chili wings and Jasmine Lychee (one of their signature cocktails).
Green Curry Pasta: Highly Recommended if you are into spicy food. It has a kick but it’s not that spicy.
Musub: Super Delish! It’s like sushi bake but 10x better cause of the spam 😮💨
Korean Sweet Chili: Can never go wrong with how they perfected the sauce plus may lasa talaga yung meat ng chicken
Lastly, Jasmine Lychee: got this cause I like lychee and it tasted it tasted like a lychee flavored yakult with a hint of alcohol. Perfect combination!
