When my wife and I visited to dine at los chachos branch here in ortigas, I was quite let down by the staff. My wife went to the front area and witnessed two employees arguing loudly. I wanted to ask for their names, but my wife advised against it. While the atmosphere was pleasant, the staff’s conduct was highly unprofessional. Thrilled to have finally discovered an authentic Birria taco spot nearby—Los Chachos is my first culinary gem of the year! The smoked Birria tacos were absolutely mouthwatering, and the rich, flavorful dipping sauce was so good, I found myself wishing for a refill. I also tried the Pork Carnitas Lunch Bowl, which was delicious, though a bit sticky. Thankfully, the Birria consommé doubled as the perfect soup to balance it out. Cool store interior. The servings are generally big especially their burrito! I think it’s for sharing. We order their trio starter platter. Must try their nachos and jalapeño cheese sticks!!!
