Kko Kko — Restaurant in Pasig

Kko Kko's crew in ayala fairview terraces are the most incompetent bunch that me and my family have ever witnessed. We ordered creamy rabokki and their fondue. The Rabokki came but it wasnt the creamy rabokki, they told us that our order got switched with the table beside us. So they told our family and their family that "pag papalitin po namin ha di pa naman po nagagalaw". Yeah, we didn't eat off the rabokki that came to our table but we sure moved it around for it to be cooked. We were still calm at this point then strike 2 came. After we got seated, there were 3 groups that came in and they ordered the fondue as well. What ticked us off is that those three groups that got seated AFTER us got served the fondue first, so we kindly asked the acting "supervisor" what happened to our order (fondue) his face showed that he was confused and didn't know that we ordered the fondue. Take note na pag may mag oorder ng fondue nilalabas nila yung black na pag papatungan nung fondue na may kandila sa baba. We had that on our table pero di man lang nila naisip o nakita na may ganun kami pero walang fondue. Ano yun? Dinner by candle light? Tsaka nasa gitna kami ng resto at nasa tapat kami mismo ng counter, lahat ng servers dinadaanan table namin ni isa walang nakapansin. Strike 3 is when we asked the "supervisor" the same question as to what has happened to our order, instead of owning thr blame and taking action he just stuttered and said "2mins nalang po mam darating na" he didn't say sorry for the bad service or anything like that, he just wanted to push off the problem and blind us with the food that's coming.

To KKO Kko's management. Please fire the incompetent fool. You guys can find better servers and a supervisor that know how to own the mistakes, take action as soon as possible and make customers feel wanted and...

I am korean and i have been living in the philippines for one year. I went to your restaurant last April 14. It was my first time to visit there, but it was quite awful. I ordered fondue cheese chicken there. The chicken was salty and cheese didn't melt. Moreover, i had to wait for 40minutes for my chicken. Another thing that i wasn't satisfied with was the price. It was costly. When i went there, there were not enough seats for customers, because the restaurant was crowded and it lacked tables and chairs. Very bad service. Food took an hour to arrive. When the chicken arrived it was cold, cheese was cold, and the flavor was wrong. Asked the waiter about the flavor. He defended that it was the same sauce even if it was a different flavor??? He proceeded to take our order away to fix. The chicken comes back and it looks like additional sauce was added on top, was burnt and smelled and tasted like gas (I am assuming they attempted to melt the cheese).
