Despite the crowd, the staff remained cheerful and efficient, ensuring that every customer was attended to promptly.
As I approached the counter, I was greeted with a warm smile by the cashier, who patiently took my order while offering recommendations. I ordered a two-piece Chickenjoy meal with extra rice and Jolly Spaghetti, along with a Peach Mango Pie for dessert. The cashier repeated my order clearly and assured me it would be prepared as quickly as possible. I appreciated this attention to detail, as it minimized the chances of errors.
Even with the heavy foot traffic, my order was served within a reasonable time. My tray was neatly arranged, and everything was freshly preparedāthe Chickenjoy was crispy, the spaghetti was hot and flavorful, and the Peach Mango Pie had that perfect crunch. One crew member even checked in on me, asking if I needed anything else, which made me feel valued as a customer.
What stood out most was the kindness of the staff. I was carrying multiple bags that day, and as I struggled to find a seat, a crew member immediately offered assistance, helping me settle in comfortably. The crew member did not even call my burger in until I reminded her to. My extra drink of choice was pineapple juice, which she was eager to upsell to me by reminding me of its extra 25 peso fee. Upon receiving my order, not only did it not come with the pineapple juice, but my burger did not even have cheese. I have had other cases like this with this branch, most recently another instance in which I was made to wait almost half an hour for my take out only for it to not come with the extra rice that I ordered. Notably, in all of these instances, my missing items were reflected in the receipt. Furthermore, their supposed branch phone number has never been reachable in my attempts. For this to occur once or perhaps even twice might still be considered flukes, but for it to occur in all of my recent orders is just gross negligence at best and intentional at worst. Binigyan Kami Ng gravy , Yun Lang , si manager , sumugod , literally , sumugod SA table namin , Binilang niya Yung gravy , then pinamukha na , "Ayan ooh , Meron " .. then kinuha Nia Yung binigay nla , tpos Sabi , "pwede nman ho kayo magrefill dun"
Grabe ang sarcastic ni manager . Which is they thought, Yung gravy na andun e gravy Ng burger steak na Naka take out Kasi nakatapat sya sa paper bag na nakatake out , kya nanghingi.
