As an aficionado of Cantonese cuisine, discovering Wu's Kitchen in Estancia Mall has been nothing short of a delightful revelation. Wu's Kitchen presents an impressive selection of dishes that are deeply rooted in the rich culinary traditions of Canton, thereby transporting its customers straight to the vibrant streets of Hong Kong.
The menu is comprehensive and expertly curated, offering an array of Cantonese specialties that would tempt even the most discerning gourmand. From succulent seafood to delectable dim sum, to an assortment of vegetable dishes that pay homage to the region's love for fresh produce, Wu's Kitchen covers all the bases. But what has left an indelible impression on my palate are the Roasted Duck, Char Siu, and Roasted Pork.
The Roasted Duck was a masterpiece, flawlessly cooked to achieve a tender, juicy interior and a crispy skin that was a true gastronomic delight. The duck's inherent richness was wonderfully balanced by the sweet, aromatic glaze, with a whisper of five-spice wafting through. It was, in a word, sublime.
Equally exceptional was the Char Siu, a Cantonese staple that was executed with utmost precision at Wu's Kitchen. The pork, with its sweet and savoury glaze, was tender and melt-in-the-mouth. The edges had a perfect caramelization that added a subtle smoky note, giving a well-rounded depth to the overall flavor profile.
The Roasted Pork, meanwhile, was a study in texture contrast - the crackling skin gave way to layers of succulent meat and melting fat underneath. It was beautifully seasoned, allowing the quality of the pork to shine through, thus reaffirming the adage that sometimes, simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
We complemented these meaty delights with some refreshing vegetable dishes. Fresh, crisp, and delicately flavored, they provided the perfect counterpoint to the robustness of the meat dishes. Each vegetable dish was cooked just enough to retain its vibrant color and crunch, embodying the ethos of Cantonese cuisine, which emphasizes freshness and natural flavors.
Despite being a delivery order, the timeliness and quality of the service were noteworthy. Our order arrived promptly, with each dish packed securely to ensure that the integrity of the food was maintained. The temperatures were just right, and nothing felt like it had traveled at all, reinforcing the feeling of a high-end dining experience right at home.
In conclusion, Wu's Kitchen delivers an authentic and deeply satisfying Cantonese dining experience that is sure to appease any cravings for Hong Kong cuisine. Their commitment to quality, from the ingredients to the preparation and service, makes it a must-visit destination for all lovers of Cantonese food. Whether you're dining in or ordering delivery, Wu's Kitchen promises, and delivers, a culinary journey that you'll relish long after the...

Response from the owner 33 minutes ago Hello Ma’am 😊
Hawker Chan is more of Sg cuisine po while we are a local made company focusing on HK Cantonese cuisine.

Also we accept credit card/debit card po maam. 😊
*Reply to the owner: Dec 4. There was a sign at the cashier that day saying they only accept cash / gcash. Please check with your staff.
Also, you can check Hawker Chan’s menu, charsiu and duck dishes are the same as yours. Even the combo meals are the same.
I am aware that Hawker Chan is a Singaporean cuisine and yours is Cantonese, I’ve tried other Cantonese restos and I had a better experience. Everything we ordered here is way too sweet.
Overall it was an okay experience. Your dishes aren’t bad, but it’s not...
Read moreIts a simple no-frills Chinese restaurant inside the mall serving HK style or to be precise Cantonese cuisine. Went for the classic comfort food which is the wanton noodles with additional char siu. Roasted meat which is HK BBQ is a must. The broth has a light flavor and the thin Noodles have a springy texture. It's a Wanton noodle with a simple taste and presentation. The roasted Soy Chicken on the otherhand is moist but it is a bit oily. Dipping it in the ginger sauce will balance out the taste better and cut though the oil. Service is just the basics but efficent. Place is simple, neat and clean. Interior decors is very minimal with emphasis on functionality and well lighted. Price points is just right in relation to portioning and ingredients. Considering these are mall prices, do manage your expectations. This place reminds me of those simple roasting and noodle shops along the side streets in HK. Simple and easy dining not quite big with the flavors but its convenient dining with matching...
