We ate here for dinner to enjoy my birthday. I thought about your competitor where usually eat on birthday. I ordered the 6oz sirloin with baked potato, butter and sour cream. Restaurant was quite busy, however with this said all the tables were already eating when we came in. There was a table of seven sat after we had already ordered. We waited roughly 30 minutes for our food, I told my wife waiting this long food will most likely be cold. The seven top came out first shortly after ours, and no surprise food was cold. I sent back and asked if could order something else, I was told no as ordered this steak. Before I could say don't microwave my food she was gone. Food came back and cooks had used the microwave, steak was rubbery and potato was blistering hot. Server apologized, told her not your fault on cooking, your fault was not checking back with us why taking so long when other tables that ordered after us were getting their food and not us. I miss the Texas Roadhouse in America you get a bucket of peanuts to munch on the outside shell and inside peanut our salty and not soft bland like these. The shells are thrown on the floor to mimic a real steak Roadhouse. My second steak was brought out by a manager it was to die for, juicy and tasty with plenty of butter and sourcream for potato. The wife got a mandarin salad with grilled shrimp she said was cold and tasty. I was given a vanilla icecream for birthday, I elected not to be embarrassed by song the staff sings, even though there were three separate birthdays close to me. We didn't need to hear sang a fouth time. I have been in many restaurants where manager will come out right away when your meal is not what you perceive is what us ordered and guaranteed they will do better. Food was either too salted, too sweet, or just average. The flavours of mains and side dishes overpower each other to the point that it feels tiring and unpleasant to eat your food.
It was incredibly difficult for us to call for a waiter since we were seated in this hidden corner. I literally had to wave my arms just to call for service.
Also, when I got my order, several minutes later, another waiter came about to serve me my same order, but I told him someone else had already given me my order. Must be a kitchen mixup.
Service was slow, but that was understandable since it was a busy night. However, I think the biggest insult here was what they did to my dad's steak. Ordered medium well, but we got a medium rare. Sending back took a while and I had to follow up since almost everyone at the table was done eating. Seeing my dad eat last on father's day seemed like an insult in that sense. We did get the right cook of steak after at least.
I understand it's a busy night and inconsistencies happen but I don't think I'll come back to this particular branch for a while since it put us in a bad mood.

First, while the price of the St. Louis Rib Set has remained the same, the portion size and presentation have noticeably declined. As shown in the attached photo, the overall plating felt rushed and unappetizing. Removing the burnt bone left very little edible meat is left. It’s very disappointing to eat this, especially considering the cost. Ironically, despite the long wait, the ribs were served cold.
I ended up sharing my meal because my husband’s portion was mostly burnt or just bone—definitely not filling for a main dish.
Additionally, the handling of the discount card was poorly executed. Staff didn’t ask which meal the card should be applied to. Other establishments typically apply the discount to the most expensive item by default. Had I not checked the receipt, I would’ve paid full price for my own meal.
The overall experience was underwhelming. While the staff was friendly and somewhat attentive, there was a noticeable lack of initiative to ensure a satisfying dining experience. Sadly, it no longer lives up to the standards...
