Never had a good experience at this place. Although, I only ever just use the Drive-thru so my experiences might not be representative of the store service level as a whole. With that disclaimer aside and reading the other reviews here, I'm not optimistic that the dine-in experience would be that much different. The staff manning the drive-thru, during the few times that I've been constrained to use it, were always either unethusiastic, lethargic, or just plain indifferent. You kinda get the impression that they'd rather be some place, any place, else other than manning the drive-thru window and that it was quite the hassle that you would bother them from their reverie. I almost want to apologize for the inconvenience I was imposing on them. Read moreThe system of the store is out of sort. Manager had to be called repeatedly to attend to claims. The unclaimed promo code turned out to be invalid for unknown reason and the manager's answer only was they give what their system accepts. No other explanation as to why it may had been invalid. The ordering system is not so friendly. If you happen to like additional products while paying, you have to return to the line for ordering and repeat the process. Additional order should be entertained by counter cashier for convenience of the customer and not the cashier's convenience. With this system the customer will not add order anymore because it is tedious. It will result in lost of sales and unsatisfied customers who might not return due to inconvenience.
