I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience at the Gaming Point SB Rd branch, where I availed the Monster Trio group offer.

Unfortunately, the food served was far from fresh. The crab had a foul odor, and all the seafood appeared to be frozen, retaining an unpleasant smell even after cooking. When I opened the crab, I found it virtually devoid of meat, which further indicates that it was not fresh. Additionally, the butterfly squid tasted unappealing, reminiscent of low-quality street food.

Given the price point, I expected a much higher standard of food quality and taste. This experience did not meet my expectations, and I believe it is important for you to be aware of these issues.

Furthermore, the pitcher where lemonade is served is DIRTY!

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure improvements are made for future customers.
