We had such a disappointing experience at Mang Inasal that I feel compelled to share. When we arrived, we chose a table and sat down, but it took more than 10 minutes for the crew to even notice us. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy, so we couldn’t understand why the service was so slow. To make things worse, the table we sat at was dirty, and instead of waiting any longer for them to clean it, we decided to clear the mess ourselves just to make it easier for the staff.
After about 15 minutes, we noticed that our food was already ready at the counter, but no one bothered to clean our table even though we asked the staff multiple times. Instead of cleaning and serving us first, the crew prioritized cleaning tables for new customers who had just arrived. It was frustrating to see how little attention they paid to us, even though we had been waiting patiently.
What made the experience worse was the attitude of some of the staff. They were unapproachable, seemed unhappy with their work, and a few even came across as outright rude. There was no warmth or sense of customer service from them, which is really disappointing because Mang Inasal is known for its welcoming atmosphere.
It was really uncomfortable, and honestly made the food unappertizing while we were eating because of the service.
I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both the quality of their service and the attitude of their staff. As much as we enjoy the food here, the poor service makes it difficult to want to come back. This is not the kind of experience you expect...

Read moreThis happened yesterday, April 15 around 7pm. The cashier is dishonest about what are the available meals. They said PM1 and Coke are not available. But we saw the persons or customers behind us having the PM 1.
Also, we saw one of your staff having a coke with him and drinking it. So how come they don't serve or sell it to the customer?!
While we are waiting for the food, the staff are so loud shouting, laughing, talking loud to each other like they don't have customers around eating and the worst thing, there's a customer beside us who has a baby sleeping on them. Because of sudden loud noises, the baby got shocked causing the baby to interrupt his sleep. SO RUDE!
The grilled liempo we order has 75% fats and 25% meat. I think we just wasted our money just for the meat.
We always dine in at this branch and their service wasn't improving at all, it's so bad. They got worse this time.
