Samgyupsalamat Fairview Terraces — Restaurant in Quezon City

I didn't liked it there , dahil sobrang tagal nila😭 promise, when me and my friend got there there's not too much people yet they attended us so late, and if like we politely asked for something they took like more than 30 MINUTES!!! 😭 that's why me and my friend waited for so long and we ate so little because of that, not only that but when we asked for receipt they said it would come but there's not much people in there yet they took almost 1 HOUR AND HALF!!!for that receipt we got there more on like 3pm but those receipt took so long that we got out that place already so midnight 😭 sobrang dilim na Nung naka alis kami 😭 like bro.. were asking for receipt already yet they took so long , me and my friend even saw them just TALKING and chismiss, so we had to asked for many times, such shame it was our friends outing , na sayang lang cash ko , I didn't like those who serve me and my friends that day , it ruin our friends outing to eat 😭like just because we're teenager DOESN'T MEAN! you should IGNORE US! Unlike you attended others needs who are older than us, but when it comes to me and my friend you guys took so long that you even forgot that me and my friend already asked for receipt 😭I hated that day so much, as the cash I spend there was given by my auntie who just came back from states,that was supposed to be happy day yet it was ruined 😭you guys are unfair just because we're teenager it doesn't give you rights to ignore us as we're your customers too! Me and my friend PAID ALMOST 1k!!! Yet got that worst service!!! So disgusting!! It's unfair!! Even the food looks HORRIBLE EVEN THE TASTE WAS HORRIBLE!!! EVEN THOUGH WE PAID ALMOST 1K!!!! , other samyupsal have better services than you guys!! Even if they're cheaper , they're stuff was way better and have better services !!! Please FIX YOUR...

We arrived at around 1:30 PM. I wasn’t expecting a lot of customers since it was already past lunchtime, and I was right—there weren’t many people. But upon entering, the vibe from the staff felt off, as if they weren’t happy to have customers. They didn’t even greet us with a smile.

We waited while they prepared our table. Before sitting down, I needed to confirm something, so I approached them. I could tell one of them was the manager because she was wearing a different uniform, but when I spoke, she just looked at me as if I wasn’t there and waited for her staff to answer instead.

The staff overall were not approachable. When you ask for additional orders, you end up feeling embarrassed. They don’t smile, and you have to call their attention multiple times to follow up on your order.

It’s a shame because the food was good. I’ve tried many branches of Samgyupsalamat, but this is the only one where the service really needs improvement. I hope the management takes action. I’ve been to this branch twice already, and nothing has changed—that’s why I’m finally leaving...

The food took a total time of about twenty minutes, which although it seemed long, was worth the wait because the food would be cooked fresh! Overall, the pricey food items were worth it with the quality of the food, service, and condition of the store combined.

We just came here a week ago, Their services to us are good. but last sunday Nov 5, 2023 was surprising at the same time Sad the quality and variety has declined. Refilling of food is intentionally slow.
