I already miss this cafe, so here’s my take! Tried Harlan + Holden for the first time at this branch, and their sea salt latte was a game-changer—so incredibly creamy and perfectly balanced of sweetness and espresso combined. It's the kind of drink that makes me go out of my way to Trinoma just to get my fix of sugary coffees.
But then I tried the Campfire Coffee, and… not so much. It was way too sugary for me 💀 so I’ve switched back to my usual bitter brews, and that’s why I haven’t been back as often😆
As for the ambiance, it’s mostly pleasant, though the seating is really tricky to sit comfortably for long. I honestly think it was designed just for waiting to pick up your coffee. Cleanliness is generally fine, though I noticed the tables could be tidier during peak hours. Overall, if you’re coming here, it’s really all about the quality of the coffee, and in that area, they excel.
Service-wise, my experience was positive. The staff was friendly and attentive, though understandably busy due to the high volume of customers. This branch seems to be a popular spot, and for good reason—the coffee alone is...

Jk... Well I ordered the cold sea salt which has a heavenly cream and the syrup on the bottom tastes like muscovado.
The hot butterscotch is oh man wow. And it is not too hot as well which is a huge plus point coz other cafes serve you scalding hot coffee. Gotta love the latte art as well.
Plantbased milk substitute available for 30 to 50 pesos.
The prices are about 175 or 190 pesos each.
Cashless transaction only but their gcash is not working. Good thing we brought credit card.
On the whole, the store facade looks minimalist-futuristic, almost like a volcano with its slopes. But there is hardly any instagrammable nook with decors, and it was hard to be seated as the design is quite narrow. All the chairs are in the end of the hallway while some dining customers are blocking the entrance.
They also sell merchandise here like glassware, caps, and beside this is their apparel boutique. It was quite expensive but was on sale and the staff...
Read moreSince I am boycotting Starbucks, I am on the lookout for a good cafe. Harlan + holden is my new top 1 coffee.
So far these are the ones that I was able to try: Salami Baguette - 5 stars. I thought it's going to be bigger but it's the size of a regular hotdog bun. It was a delight. Spanish Chorizo Baguette - 5 stars. The filling is hot. Not like other cafes where the middle is cold. Peanut Butter Latte - 4 stars. Wanted to try what it tastes like and it does taste like peanut butter drink. If you like peanut butter, def give this a try Butterscotch Latte - my new favorite drink. If you like spanish latte, or sweet lattes, def give this a try.
Additional notes: their coffee when served is the best drinking temperature for me. Not too hot and not too cold. Also, my sister has gastritis and has gaviscon ready before we tey harlan + holden but she didn't get an upset stomach so harlan + holden gets 10 10 10s across the board.
Also they have touch screen tablets for orders, if...
