Dining at Italianni's Trinoma was a delightful experience, but there was one aspect worth mentioning. We savored a variety of Italian dishes, including the delicious Chicken Milanese, classic Margherita pizza, and the standout Truffle Chicken and Mushroom Pasta. The Sicilian Salad provided a refreshing break, and the desserts, like the generously-sized Mango and Blueberry Cheesecake, were exceptional. However, the Tiramisu had an intensely strong coffee flavor, which might be offensive to those with a milder palate. One aspect that slightly affected our experience was the lack of adequate cooling in the restaurant. It seemed that the air conditioning was not working properly, and fans were the primary means to cool the diners. This, however, did not overshadow the delightful meal and the 50% discount we enjoyed on our total bill, courtesy of our Security Bank Platinum Mastercard. The restaurant's warm ambiance and attentive service were the perfect complements to the flavorful food. Italianni's Trinoma offers a diverse menu with generous servings, making it an excellent choice for a memorable Italian dining experience that combines flavor and value.

Mar 2024: We were seated promptly upon our arrival. The place looked gloomy because there were no customers during the time we arrived. Availed the BPI dining promotion. We ordered fried calamari for appetizer, salmon and ribeye steak for our main course. Food is served a few minutes afterwards. The fried calamari is very bland. It is served with marinara sauce which I didn't like. I still prefer a spicy mayo with sriracha or spicy garlic aioli. The Salmon with potato medallions and veggies is the best tasting dish so far. It is seasoned to perfection! The ribeye steak is also a great choice but the mashed potato side dish tasted weird. It's a bit sour so my daughter didn't finish it at all. Overall, good food! Btw, the bill was settled over our table by swiping my card on a cordless POS machine. The only thing I didn't like is when the person asked me about tipping...if I wanted it to be billed together with our meal. I think it should not be asked as if they were demanding it. It is given discreetly by customers before they leave the table.

Best thing I can say is that it's just ok. I got the prime set spag w/ meatballs, insalata rucola + dalandan juice. First, I didn't drink the juice because it was insanely sweet, but a fairly common thing around Manila restaurants. The spaghetti meatballs had good sauce, meatballs were a tad dry, salad had good flavor but I needed a magnifying glass to find the walnuts. I ordered a classic mojito and, as you can see in the photo, it came in a glass shorter than the salt shaker. Factor in the ice, it had likely less than a half cup of liquid. But kudos to the bartender who followed my instruction to put less sugar. I've been away for a few years but I remember Italianni's as generous which is a trait of Italians. Either it was false memory or it's changed and not for the better.

Dine in date: May 18, 2023 at around 19:30. We were seating nearest the entrance door where the bread rolls are located. Food was good. I ordered a glass of Italian chardonnay wine to compliment the food. Our food came then an unchilled glass of chardonnay came to my surprise. Normally it shld be a chilled wine glass with chardonnay at 18 defeees Centigrade. I called the waiter that there was a mistake in serving the wine. I requested the waiter to let their bartender change it to what I ordered at the right temperature. Nobody came back. I requested a waitress wearing a more formal attire to change my wine again. Nobody came back until we billed out. Another waiter came and advised him that the wine I ordered should not be charged and it was not. This waiter explained to me that their bartender forgot to chill their Italian chardonnay that night. I would’ve understood the problem if one of Italianni’s staff explained to me HONESTLY where the problem lies, but just keeping quiet about it is so UNPROFESSIONAL of this Italianni’s restaurant in Trinoma. Very...
