Jollibee - Farmers Market — Restaurant in Quezon City

Staff are kind and friendly naman, but the quality of food and services are disappointing. My pineapple juice has 2 insects in it. Ok lang sana kung langgam. Hindi ko na lang ininom since there are no available personnel to assist in the counter and everyone else was busy in the cashier. I don’t know if they are short staffed or what pero i just did not mind. You need to request for sauces din or sides, na dapat included na pagkaturnover ng food. Di ko alam kung tinitipid lang ba or nakakalimutan lang palagi. They do not offer disposable utensils for dine-in customers, but other branches are kind enough to offer. The reason why I wanted disposables is because some of their available utensils have visible stains. Ang ending - i just had to spray alcohol and wipe on it with tissue. But I must say their staff are respectful, the reason why I did not push any further complaints. I think it’s a management issue. One of the best branches I have ever been. I entered the establishment at 7 am. The service was very fast even with modifications to my order. There was already a long line of 3. The crew were very polite and attentive though there was no paper mat for my tray. This was jus a nitpick for me. They were very generous with the tissue which is something that other branches need to be like. The food was great. The soup was very thick and the elbow macaroni was well done. They had thigh parts! A big win in my book. The place is very fast paced as you see people coming in and out quickly and everyone was greeted by the security personnel. The comfort room was also pleasant to the eyes and ears, though a bit dark in one corner however it won't prevent you from shooting the correct urinal. Service and production is quite slow. Always with pending orders esp. at night. You needed to follow-up your pending orders and let you go the the counter again to get it. Very poor service.

Update 06/09/2023 5:49am Another disappointing experience. Took me more than 30mins just to have my order taken and another 20mins for it to be prepared. Only two counters are working with almost 18 customers in line (one counter had two lines). The supervisor didn't mind helping and just standing on side of the counter.
