My husband and I were craving for Racks Pork Ribs and baked beans. We initially went to El Pueblo but it was permanently closed. Since we needed to go to QC, we decided to go to their Timog Branch. I ordered their House Specialty Pork Ribs and baked beans for my sides. My husband got the chicken and ribs meal and ordered extra large baked beans. After a few minutes, the server came back to say they ran out of baked beans. There were a lot of delivery orders and so they ran out of baked beans. We wanted to leave but since we were pressed for time, we decided to stay. We replaced the baked beans with corn on a cob/potato salad but they were also not available. We settled for mashed potato and mac n cheese. When the order came, the meat was a bit tough. I gave them all to my hubby. Requested for ketchup for the fried chicken but they also do not have ketchup. It was a bit frustrating as we were really looking forward to the same quality of food and service in the establishment that we loved...

Aglio Olio Bacon: The dish came across as overly greasy. I understand the oil may have settled during delivery, but this affected my overall experience.
Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese: This dish combines sweet, spicy, and salty flavors, which is interesting. However, the blend makes it somewhat unclear in its identity, leaving me unsure of what type of dish it aims to be.

I had a pleasant dining experience, though I might hesitate to order these dishes again. While they offer fair value for money, I found myself hoping for more...
Read moreIt was my first time in this branch. But not my first time at Racks. Racks has always been my papa's favorite especially their classic beef ribs while Id take the pork. But this time, I went for their classic quarter beef ribs.
Well I think it's still the same, their signature Rack's barbeque sauce still taste the same, always perfect with their ribs. But we weren't provided with sauce in a bottle (I was used to it then Kasi), maybe because it lessens possible virus contact. My order came with 2 side dishes - mashed potato and macaroni and cheese. I like the mashed as macaroni and cheese was salty for me.
Overall it was satisfying. For other details like cleanliness, I'd give a 5. Service, I'd give a 5. The crew pointed us to a less warmer area. The price, well it's pricy for me. For that order alone without drinks, it cost me around P500 plus.
Sorry, I forgot to...
