Jollibee — Restaurant in Quezon City

Ordered Item C6 -- Two Piece Crispy Chicken Joy with rice and soda. It's hard to beat this world famous fried chicken recipe. With its proprietary formula of crispiness and spices, my craving was satisfied. Asked for the dark meat, spicy option and was charged with the standard ₱4 extra but was disappointed because they gave me the regular classic instead. Regardless, the juicy dark meat didn't fall short of my expectations.

Ordered Item C4 -- One Piece Crispy Chicken Joy with Palabok and soda. Here, the Palabok was the highlight, playing second fiddle to the main star, the Crispy Chicken Joy. But the Palabok almost outshined the fried chicken and could have stood on its own. It's a must try if you have not done so yet. And quite frankly, the Palabok is for the more discriminating diner who is willing to pay its more expensive price tag. Move over, sweet spaghetti!

This particular branch at Eaton Centris has the most courteous and helpful Jollibee staff I've ever encountered in awhile. They'll even bring your order to the second floor if you request for it. The view from upstairs is quite splendid and the restroom located there is clean and fully stocked with soap, toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Water pressure is up to standards.

Overall, this Jollibee branch is outstanding. While at Eaton Centris, you can be sure to get your no fuss, delicious, quick...

worse party service! we booked way ahead of time ..we even visited the place twice to make sure na well coordinated kami and everything will be prepared..sabi pa nila wag na daw kami mag alala at sila na daw bahala! then pag dating ng mismong araw ng event puro sablay! *dumating ako dun 30 mins before the party time (party was supposed to be 10-12pm...i was there 9:30) to check if everything is okay...

*pag punta ko sa party place andami pang nakadine in na customer and wala pang kaayos ayos na party theme..as in bare yung place!

*wala man lang nag aaproach sakin.... kung di pa nila ako nakakitaan ng pagkadismaya di pa sila kikilos napara bang walang party na magaganap!

*kinailangan pa namin tumulong mag ayos kasi nga super delayed na ng oras and iisang tao lang kumikilos! (Yung isa taga blow lang ng baloons)

*nag start yung party 1 hr late 11:12 to be exact opposed sa 10am sched

*yung theme na nirequest ko (jollirace) hindi daw na iendorse sa management kaya hindi naiprepare..e para san yung mga nakasulat sa contract?! Di nyo ba binabasa yun management?! Sinasuggest nyo palitan nalang ng jollitown tapos anak ko naka racing suit and mga giveaway themes na pinaghandaan namin lahat pang race theme?! So kami ang mag aadjust? At talagang mag sasuggest kayo ng change sa mismong oras ng party?? Waw!

*yung manager walang initiative na makipag harap sakin despite the fact na nagka problem...yung party host pa talaga yung unang nag approach sakin para sabihing may problema..kung di ko pa pinuntahan para kausapin ako talagang wala ata balak humarap!

*yung coordinator na nagbook samin (Dex is the name) dumating ng late and walang nagawa to fix the issue

*yung name ng anak ko sa banners and cake na sa kanila ko din inorder mali ang spelling! malinaw naman ang spelling na nakasulat sa contract! Either di kayo nagbabasa o di kayo marunong bumasa!

*I thought ieextend nila yung oras ng party kasi super late na kami nag simula pero tinapos padin nila agad kasi may susunod na party at 12! My son's party ended at exactly 12:17...we started 11:12...

wala man lang compensation na inoffer....puro sorry lang narinig ko walang solusyon... ang sabinlang ng manager pagsasabihan daw yung nag book (Dex)

Sa Jollibee ako nag paparty para less hassle and para makapag enjoy naman sana kami compared kung i DDIY ko ang party ng anak ko.... but what happened was a nightmare! napaka unprofessional!

**well despite all the hassles I still wanted to commend on the party host who made the day a little lighter. Sya lang nagkasilbi dun... sya gumawa ng lahat from fixing the place ..to hosting...very lively and napasaya naman yung mga nakasimangot na na guests dahil sa tagal ng paghihintay at mga gutom na din.... Kudos Chito. well sayo lang naman ako dapat magpasalamat jan..and that's it. the reat mga walang kwenta.... palitan nyo manager jan... very poor managing skills ... pati yung indicated na party gift di nasunod kasi wala daw stock!...

Jollibee has a branch located on the ground floor of Centris Shopping Mall, accessible near the EDSA Northbound beside the flyover, or from MRT 3 Quezon Avenue Station.

The party function hall reserved for some occasion is located on the second floor.

The menus are uniform to all branches, ranging from long time French fries to burgers, chicken sandwich, sundaes, and spaghetti.

The Super meal is recommended, albeit the prices go...
