KFC — Restaurant in Quezon City

I live near this branch, and whether it’s drive-thru or delivery, they often get something wrong. We usually order bucket meals, so it’s mostly small things like missing sweeteners for the iced tea, incorrect or missing fixins, missing rice, or receiving the wrong chicken part. (I understand that specific parts are just requests, but they should at least inform us if they're unavailable).

These may seem like minor issues, but over time they’ve become quite tiresome. I always give direct feedback in hopes that they’ll improve, but after almost 2–3 years of experiencing this, I’ve decided to leave a review here on Google because it seems like management either brushes it off or doesn’t take it seriously.

I try to avoid this branch for deliveries, but unfortunately, I don’t have much choice since they’re the default store assigned to my address. For now, I’ll continue doing my best to avoid this branch, and I suggest you...

I just want to share my experience here so it's our first time ordering, 1st I hope the services can be improved because the one crew I was talking to didn't talk back and even move like what? This is their job to serve customers if that one crew hasn't seen it yet they won't take care of it, - 2nd what I ordered is two iced teas but why only one straw? Deeply dissapointed with my order. We were all hungry. We ordered 1 famous bowl 1 zinger steak and 2 large hotshots. Yhere was no problem with the famous bowl. But in terms of the zinger steak.
