Ramen Butcher

This one place I wanted to try for the longest time since it looks classy. The place is spacious with lots of parking space, I love the interior especially the mini garden below the staircase. The place is well lit and well ventilated, they got lots of seats and they even have a bar. We went there around lunch time good thing we went early because a lot of people started to come in around 12pm. Of course we tried their ramen the signature one. One spicy for my wife and one not spicy for my daughter. We also ordered gyoza, tonkatsu and one kids meal since my mother in law doesn't eat much. Ramen butcher is strict with the kids meal they don't serve it to people above 10 years old. The ramen serving is huge like you could share it to 2-3 persons, I love the broth especially the spicy ones. You can ask them to separate the chili so you can control the level of spiciness. I agree with one of the previous comments about the noodles, I want it to be more firm but it's ok their noodles are not that bad but it could be better. As for my rice meal the tonkatsu, servings are big enough to share. My favourite from all the items we ordered was the truffle cheese gyoza, kinda expensive but it's really good. It doesn't look appetizing because the wrapper looks soggy but it's really good. Service here is excellent the servers know all the items in their menu and they've been a great help in choosing what to order. The price is on the expensive side, it's reasonable in my opinion because of the ambiance, quality of food and servings are big. To summarize: It's not the best ramen out there but it sure is worth the try. Recommend items: Spicy signature ramen Kids meal( if you have kids) Truffle cheese...

We came here during the soft opening and a few days ago and all I can say is that they serve really good Japan quality ramen! Ofcourse their tonkatsu version is different from what we are used to at the malls, they were thick and can be salty to some but can always adjust by adding warm water or ask the staff to add a bit of the soup-wari to tone it down to your liking. But for me I find it the same as what I had in Shibuya Tokyo.

For the soft opening I had the Yokohama Iekei and it was the same as what I had in Tokyo, a few days! It was so satisfying and the hardness of the noodles were just right! The same consistency as in Tokyo as the noodles tend to get soft and absorb the soup as minutes pass.

For the second time we ordered the Spicy butcher signature and the Tsukumen and although the Tsukumen as salty, it was intended to be so as it was meant to be dipped only and to be consummed later with soup-wari. Similar to how traditional cold soba is served.

Overall, the food was top notch! It was definitely the same as in Japan. It's not to everyone's liking and again, Tonkatsu all have different vatieties and not all ramen are the same 🥰 So to each their own. But a definite YES for me! 🥰❤️

The service was also great. The staff were very helpful and nice. The interior was just a plus but nice. I'm used to the hole in a wall ramen-ya back in Tokyo. Would go back when we had a chance again....

It’s only April 8 and I'm right on time to indulge my cravings at Ramen Butcher Manila. Thank goodness I trusted my gut and didn't wait years to dive into this culinary delight!

Walking into this gastronomic haven feels like stumbling upon a treasure chest in a sea of mundane dining spots.

With its fusion of Japanese zen and industrial chic, Ramen Butcher is a visual feast that's as inviting as it is stylish.

Sure, they might still be in the soft-opening phase, but don't let that fool you.

Their menu, though limited, packs a flavor punch that's anything but ordinary.

I dove headfirst into their Shoyu Ramen and Gyoza, and let me tell you, it was a taste of Japan that left me speechless.

No diluted flavors here; just pure, unadulterated authenticity that's a nod to traditional Japanese cuisine.

And those noodles? Fresh, tender, and oh-so-satisfying.

A round of applause for the team at Ramen Butcher for keeping it real and not pandering to the Filipino palate with overly salty or sweet dishes.

Their commitment to authenticity shines through in every bite.

Already planning my next visit with mom, eager to explore more of their tantalizing menu.

Ramen Butcher, consider me a loyal fan from...
