Kimono Ken is a Japanese restaurant located at The Block, one of the premier shopping destinations in Metro Manila. The restaurant offers an extensive menu of Japanese cuisine, with a particular focus on sushi and sashimi.
One of the standout dishes at Kimono Ken is their sushi platter, which features a variety of nigiri and maki rolls. The sushi is made fresh and is expertly prepared, with each piece bursting with flavor. The sashimi is also top-notch, with each piece sliced to perfection and served with a side of wasabi and soy sauce.
Aside from their sushi and sashimi, Kimono Ken also offers a range of other Japanese dishes such as tempura, teriyaki, and yakitori. The tempura is light and crispy, and the teriyaki dishes are sweet and savory. The yakitori, or grilled skewers of chicken, are also a must-try, with each piece cooked to perfection and served with a flavorful dipping sauce.
The restaurant itself is cozy and welcoming, with Japanese-inspired decor and soft lighting. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the service is prompt.
Overall, Kimono Ken is a great choice for anyone looking for delicious Japanese cuisine in a comfortable and inviting setting. With its excellent sushi and sashimi, flavorful teriyaki and tempura dishes, and top-notch service, it's no wonder why this restaurant has become a favorite among foodies and casual...

Apr 2023: Ordered thru Grabfood. The Shoyu Ramen was delicious 🤤
Jul 2023: Delicious food delivered as always!
Feb 2024: I ordered thru Grabfood. It has the same food quality but prices are way higher compared to dine-in option.
June 2024: We ordered Gyudon and Shoyu Ramen. Food did not disappoint and prices are very affordable.
Mar 2025: Food quality is very consistent.
Jul 2025: Every time my daughter and I visit SM City North Edsa, she insists that we eat at this restaurant. The food is freshly cooked and served quickly, and the prices are very reasonable. However, I've noticed that the California maki has become smaller than before, the shrimp tempura and Agedashi Tofu has also shrunk in size. September 2025: This Japanese restaurant continues to hold the top spot on our list! Every visit feels like a delightful adventure for...

I had to inform a server who passed by me directly during the third time of requesting the bill.
They weren't rude per se, but I felt like this could be a great room for improvement given the fact that despite I and my girlfriend were satisfied with the food, we got a bit upset about missing 30 minutes...
