Lola Idang's Bahay Pancitan — Restaurant in Quezon City

Such a cute little kitchenette consisting of about 17 small tables. Since we went here to order pancit miki bihon for take away, I was tempted to try a few things in their menu once we were there. My wife ordered a fresh Lumpiang Ubod, Miki Bihon, and a bottle of Sago't Gulaman while I had the Lechon Kawali Rice and Pakbet, and we were both satisfied with what we had. The Pakbet was superb and so was the Fresh Lumpiang Ubod. The Miki Bihon is okay too, but a little tenderness on the Miki could have been more appealing and the bottled Sago at Gulaman has just about the right sweetness to it. Next time we will try the other ones...

I ordered pansit malabon and fresh lumpia. The pansit malabon taste great but the portion is too small. It’s like a portion of one cup noodles. It came with 2 very thin Slices of squid, a very few shelved shrimps and like 10pcs of noodles, which I assume was left over. The fresh lumpia had very hard to chew ubod strips. The sauce was very sweet and watery. Overpriced for the quality and quantity. I even have to ask the staff if it has cutleries and they told me none. Then I was stunned like how am I gonna suppose to eat it 😅 but I have to ask for...
