Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Quezon City

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT EATING HERE. You’re better off choosing a different branch to eat at and even order take-out from. You will 100% regret eating here. If you value your time and money, DO NOT EAT HERE.

We ordered at 8:41PM, and waited for over an hour for our order. The cashier said that the waiting time for the order was around 30 minutes, but even at the hourly mark, the order was not ready.

The management was doing nothing to ensure that the earlier orders were served. They even served a customer who ordered later than us first!

Their staff know the branch is so chaotic that some of them chose to stay upstairs on the second floor, rather than deal with the ongoing mess of orders and customers (who are rightly following up regarding their orders) downstairs.

The staff are overworked and management has done nothing to ensure that there is a system in place for orders to be ready on time. Why were there no SOPs for this kind of demand? And is this the standard for every day at this branch? The other reviews seem to indicate that this isn’t just a one-time thing.

To JFC, you should audit this branch and potentially overhaul the entire staff and process as this is one of the worst branches in Metro Manila, or even the entirety of the Philippines, and I’ve been to a couple of bad Mang Inasal branches.

Or consider closing it entirely as this is not acceptable. I’d understand if it was just us who was affected by this but there were a ton of customers affected by this.

Don’t just take it from me, take it from the other customers that waited over an hour for their order tonight on August 22.

DO NOT ORDER OR EAT AT...

Some idiot poop on the floor and throw mang inasal tissues on the toilet bowl, so it got stuck and won't drain. The cr is for both men and women. I told the mang inasal staff what happened, but it took too long for them to clean it because of the stuck tissues. Unfortunate me really need to pee. I asked them if they have cr in the 2nd floor, 1 staff said yes and borrowed the keys but that cr is for the staff only. I don't know who's that woman stopped us from going there. She just said they are already cleaning the cr. So I went back to my table. It took really long and I really want pee, I told them in a loud voice if I can pee in their cr cause I really need to pee. Well finally they let me. They keep on apologizing ,I understand them but that rude woman who stopped them earlier for letting me go to their cr is so...

Customer service was bad. Staff neglect to establish good service, yet there's this manager whose suppose to guide and monitor the crew - useless. The counter just tap the number to me, its as if she was done taking my order and get the table number on counter top with the receipt. Also chicken inasal tasted bland! The rice? Bland! Even the soup was bland! That's why you have the soy sauce? Good for those people who use soy sauce. I suggest have a product quality check - the value for money is not satisfying.

Edit: you see, the branch itself replied to me regarding with this incident being apologetic yet there's this another one star rating just a week ago saying how bad this branch is. I dont think they didn't address customer's concern well, I guess they're not serious enough with this business. What a joke....
