TGRL's 4th Birtday Celebration ๐๐๐ (4pm to 5:30pm)
About the venue: We've arrived at around 3:45 PM and all is set for my son's event. We can say that the crew-in-charge had arranged it early because you can feel that the airconditioning of the room is nicely cooled. A good sign that the aircon/s was/were turned-on way ahead before ourย arrival. The area is clean and looks like had been sanitized.
On the safety and health protocols: Several announcements were made before, during and after the event that reminded all of us in the room to maintain and observe health and safety protocols against COVID-19 (kudos to our party host/emcee, Mr. Jeoff).
About the food: The menu was served as planned and ordered. The crew had managed to systematically distribute the meals as swiftly as possible leaving none of our guests unattended. Thank you so much to the party manager, Ms. Fhaye Tango, and also to the party assistants, Ms. Felicel & Mr. Chad, you all made my son's birthday party special.
On the programme: As per my mother-in-law's comment, Mr. Jeoff is very good and lively. He managed to attract our guests' attention in a little of time making the program not boring. Some of the transitions were not that smooth but you can feel the confidence and genuity of Mr. Jeoff's delivery of script. He works well with Ms. Fhaye, Ms. Felicel and Mr. Chad. They are a very good team given that my son's party was their first during the NCR's Level 2 community status. Seems like they've doing it regularly on a daily basis. ๐๐ป
Other/s: Spacious, clean and looks secured parking area. The guard on duty is so snappy and helpful that he is the one who first assists us even before we've entered the building.

When I unwrapped my sandich to take a bite, I saw the bread was obviously burnt. This should not have gone out in the first place for the customer too see had the person preparing the food practiced Quality Control. Clearly, the Store Manager is not effective in doing her job. When I called the attention of the girl on the counter, she just took the sandwich, no apologies were extended and when she tol her superior, it's as if she dudn't hear anything. While I was waiting for my burger to get "repaired", other customers including senior citizens were coming back and forth from the counter to follow-up on their orders. But I was informed by the staff on City ordinance on the ban on use of plastics. So I opted to have the food taken out... and the staff took the food but was asked by the Head about it and over heared the Manager Said "Bigyan mo ng spoon and fork sabihin mo sya mag bayad ng multa!"
