I bought one venti coffee for takeout. Had it for takeout since I want to be able to take it with me in case I wanted to roam around the mall. They said I can’t sit in any of the seats if I had it for to-go (neither inside nor outside seating). Have you ever heard of a place that barred paying customers from sitting at a cafe? However, there were plenty of available seats at the time. We intentionally ordered hot venti-sized drinks to go, knowing we’d only stay around 20 minutes while waiting for our movie. We didn’t want dine-in cups since we wouldn’t finish our drinks and planned to take them with us. Despite planning ahead, we still felt...
