Wendy's - SM Annex — Restaurant in Quezon City

Could you relay this concern to Wendy's SM North Annex customer service? I ordered via Grab Food. Fries and 20 pcs nuggets were cooked using used oil. You can taste it, they were not crispy and taste like old stocks. Also the macaroni and gelatin were not cook well, they were hard to chew than usual. I know I only ordered worth P700+ and almost closing time, but didn't we deserve better? It was so dissapointing, this is such an example of "cravings UNSATISFIED".
