Had a early dinner yesterday and so far this is the worst experience and poorly manage restaurant we’ve ever been.
No receptionist in the front to welcome and seat you to you table you just need to come in and seat by yourselves.
Waiter and waitress clearly don’t know what they are doing, We have ask for their best seller and the waitress just saying the Code without explaining the dish.
We had ordered siomai, fried wonton, chicken feet, yangchow fried rice, beef and wonton noodles soup and sweet and sour pork.
We really don’t know if you have a service sequence regarding your serving food. We are so amazed that our main course comes first instead of our appetizers. We understand that this is casual dining restaurant unfortunately this is poorly managed.
Cutleries are filthy, serving plates with a lot of chips and very old dumpling plate.
When it comes to food we’ve waited for so long just to have a wonton fried in very used oil you will taste like bitterness in every bite. Aswell as sweet and sour pork. Serving is less yet we didn’t finish anything. And now we’re having diarrhea. All the staff looks tired and not happy serving people.
Never gonna comeback again and recommend to anyone.

Read moreIf you want affordable yet tasty Chinese food, then North Park will not disappoint you. This is my first time to dine in this branch and they didn't disappoint. What sets them apart from similar restaurants or food establishments is that their food quality did not change, it is of good quality and a bang for your buck. 💸🥢
What they can improve is their speed of service though. I have to follow up my order so that they will serve it. Although it is understandable since I dined in during lunch time on a weekend. Good thing their service staff is very courteous. 😊
Overall, their food and price point are really great. Would definitely come...
Read moreVisited North Park at SM North Forts and had a very disappointing experience. The Szechuan Tan Tan Mien dry noodles were incredibly dry and lacked sauce, making it feel like we were eating uncooked raw noodles. The siopao was absurdly small, and to top it off, our orders were mistaken – we asked for siomai, but they served us Yang Chao fried rice instead. It seems like this branch lacks any standard procedure or quality control for food serving. Other North Park branches are much better, but this one fell far below expectations. But the service is okay they gave us the real pwd discount as per...
