Zark's Burger Eton Centris Branch — Restaurant in Quezon City

We ordered the classic zarks burger with fries and drink, 8pcs salted egg chicken wings and an additional rice. Waited for almost 30mins, nalipasan na kami ng gutom. When I asked for a follow-up, the waitress just took a random burger from the out-counter and served it to me nang pa-itsa. I was confused because that was not the burger I ordered. The random burger looks sad. Cutted in half, the contents were not appetizing at all. I told the waitresses that wasn't my order and they got confused as well. After minutes again of waiting, they served me my classic zark's burger but without the fries and was cold. The waitresses asked us if they are still missing something —the 8pcs chicken wings of course. Then they were like "ay oo nga pala" and went back to the kitchen.

Minutes again of waiting, they served the chicken wings. Confused again because they forgot to serve 1 rice. We asked for a follow-up again on the rice then the waitress said "ano po ba talaga order niyo ma'am?". Hello? U wrote our orders diba? If not, memorized it, yes? They then checked their order slips in the counter. We weren't the only table missing their food tho. Other tables got theirs even if we ordered and went in first.

All in all, the store itself feels hot as well. Aircons arent working, food was cold and bland. Chicken wings were hard, not crunchy. Waitresses were rude or kinda bastos. Hindi na kami babalik dito. Patagal nang patagal, hindi na...

It's been a long time since we've had Zark's burgers and fries but I've gotta say that the quality drastically improved since then! 💯

We really enjoyed the classic --- Zark's Ultimate Burger, Fries, and Chicken Wings, which surprised me by the way because it tasted really good.
