24 Chicken One Park Drive BGC — Restaurant in Taguig

I ordered Original and Garlic flavors for Half&Half. I didn't notice that the tag was BBQ after claiming the receipt. However, when I was about to claim it as I was checking for the time of order (I was told 20-30mins waiting time) I saw that it was BBQ instead of Garlic. So I notify the staff when I am claiming my order that there was an error in my order wherein it supposed to be GARLIC instead of BBQ. And he confirmed to me that IT IS INDEED GARLIC. I even requested to check my item, but he JUST confirmed it is GARLIC. I cannot check it before I leave as my hands are full and there's no place/table to check it. I can't check it on the counter as there were also deliveries that were about to pick up orders. At home, the moment of truth, it was SPICY BBQ not GARLIC. 😮‍💨 I know what I requested to check and correct my order was time consuming and a lot more work. however, I wouldn't order a food that I will not eat. And somehow, that long line shows how good their food is. Just the attitude of some staff, I hope that it will be improved. The food tastes true is great. Requested for an OR with the complete details provided, still didn't provide an OR just a simple receipt with the name. Texted the number they have for any queries but got zero response. Their preparation for take outs ans deliveries are also sloppy. Had multiple orders where we weren't able to identify what flavor it was since we selected the option of sauce on side, plus we can barely understand the handwritten in the food box. Ordered the snow cheese flavor here, and I have to say it's quite delicious. Skin was very crunchy, and the meat was juicy - all for a price less than the Chicken and Beer places in BGC. Waiting time for me took around 5-10 minutes on a weekend afternoon so the wait was worth it. Curious to try the other flavors next time.

Note to others are that you have to order half size for one person, whole size if shared with 2-3 person. The chicken is quite substantial. Problem here is it's quite hot outside but I'd love to go back for their...
