Read moreWeak service.. Waited an hour for the beef stew, looks like it wasn't properly ordered in. Asked for medium rare, got medium well at the least which made it quite disappointing. It was too cooked nonetheless. Lapses in service like having to request for the BBQ sauce that should come with the meal. Too long wait for billing. Asked for a salad with foie gras, didn't come with. And this isn't just one staff that's making mistakes left and right, when multiple people do it, it's just frustrating.
Beef wasn't impressive as I'd hoped either. It's good, but slicing too thinly for yakiniku has its price, you lose the experience of biting and feeling the quality of the meat. Miyazaki salad was alright. Yakiniku lacked the appropriate slices you'd commonly find with Japanese BBQ places (think karubi slices). Steak set was disappointing cause it wasn't cooked right. Beef stew was the best I'd say.
Probably better to order sukiyaki or shabu shabu, hard to go wrong there.
If this experience is consistent, this place is a waste of good beef if anything - there's places that are able to do better with lesser ingredients.
I didn't one star cause of the interiors. Restroom has electric (and manual for some reason) bidet equipped. Can't...

The thickness of the broth is comparable to Mendokoro’s. The Salmon Sashimi tastes fresh and the wasabi compliments well. The Yakitori Torigin is rich in flavor and is my personal favorite. The Ebi in mix tempura is served big and the crunchiness is retained.
Going to the place is pretty easy. Ride the BGC bus and alight at the bus stop near Fort Strip or FIVE/NEO. Walk towards the direction of FIVE/NEO then you will see Lawson and 711 on the left side of the street. The food hall is in between of both convenient stores
The staffs are very accommodating and nice. The place is on the quiet side of BGC so it’s a...
