The best ramen in town! Their butao is very tasty and good for first timers. Ramen lovers like me should try it! For less than 500 pesos, you can easily customize your order according to your taste. From thickness of noodles to the saltiness or richness of your soup, you can also choose the part of your meat and add ons you like such as spring onion or cabbage. The best part for me is the taste of the soup which is unforgettable as the flavors are coming out. You can tell by the taste that Ramen Nagi is serious on giving Philippines the best ramen. I always invite my friends who were not fond of eating ramen before but after tasting it, they asked for extra serving of noodles. Don't forget to order gyoza! Their gyoza is a little bit crispy on the outside but very meaty and moist inside. Every bite is worth the money. With drinks, your bill can range from 500-700 pesos which of course depends on side dishes you order but their basic ramen flavors only cost less than 500 pesos. The food was great but the poor service made it a bad experience for me. It already took so long for the food to arrive which I understand because it is made-to-order but after we received our order, getting our set of utensils took longer to the point that my ramen got cold already. Then, another long waiting time just to get sauce for our gyoza. I wasn't able to enjoy my food because of all the waiting. It's not even the peak hours. I can't remember how many times I have to call their attention just to get an update on the things that should've been there already in the first place. Other empty tables have it's own utensils and condiments prepared except for our table and they didn't bother preparing it after we sat down. In the end, my partner just stood up and got the box of tissues from other empty tables because ours doesn't have one and we know it would take longer if we requested for one. Review: One of my favorite ramens in Manila. I love their squid ink ramen which is called Black King. Upon arrival, you will write down your choice of ramen and your own "recipe". Here's my ramen fix: Black King, Rich taste, Heavy Special Sauce, Heavy Garlic, Pork Shoulder, Cabbage, #2 Spicy and Normal Thick Noodles. It's a bit pricey but actually 1 bowl is good for 2 pax. Better to share. Caution: They don't allow take out.

For this branch, I feel that the space is too tight and crowded. Aircon is not so cool.

The staff are not too attentive and the condiments are not properly refilled. There were no sprouts, we had to request for it twice because the food attendant forgot. The staff were not smiling. I hope their management can do trainings on...
