The food was amazing. We got different kinds of nigiris and donburis, but some special ones to note are the Hana, Chub Mackerel, Yellow Tail, and Buttered Garlic Shrimp. Will definitely satisfy your sushi craving well. The donburi are not as big as most other Japanese restaurants, but the quality and flavor are there. The price is not too high considering the amount. They also have hot water, cups, and matcha powder readily available at each table for your to refill as much as you want. It can be a bit expensive as each plate usually only has 2pcs and can range from Php90-180. Everything to order is accessible via the machine on each table and will be delivered via the train on the rails. Water, however, is upon request. You just have to call a waiter/waitress who are usually nearby and ready, but if you're like me who drinks a lot of water, we just asked if they could leave a pitcher at our table. The tables were spacious and separated enough from the next that you still had privacy and it wasn't noisy inside despite being back to back with other tables. Ambience: 5/5, establishment was well-lit and clean.

Service: 4/5 staff were accommodating. I would like to commend the female staff who was trying to invite customers at the front of the restaurant. She was nice enough to assist us as it was our first time dining at this branch with the tablets.

Food: 5/5 food was great! I ordered the spicy pork don, it was amazing! Thinking about it now makes my mouth water.

Taking a star off the rating though because my mother ordered pork rice bowl but was served a salmon one. My mom forgot her order, so it wasn't until another rice bowl was served when we were eating that the staff told us the train delivered the wrong order. If it was someone with a food allergy, it could have been dangerous. The salmon pieces were cubed, so they looked like pork.

I would still come back, especially because the spicy pork bowl was great + the staff were accommodating.

It would be nice if the tablets were placed on the table instead of above though, as it strains the neck after a while of...

We eat here often especially when we cannot decide on a specific Japanese restaurant to go to 😊 They're pretty good keeping up to their standards. We go there exactly knowing what to expect and we get it every time (doesn't matter which branch) and I think that's great! 👌 The Food is excellent, just right for the price. My favorite is the Yellowtail sashimi 🤤 and the Salmon sashimi don, the bowl size is righteous and comes with rice and a handful of salmon I get them every time. Hot tea is bottomless 👍 Genki has that kind of conveyor belt thing going that you make your order through a tablet on a swivel. It's easy to operate and there are helpful servers there anyway. I gave them 4 stars because there's room for improvement like say with the servers talking loud about personal stuff while on the floor or with cleanliness of the place in general.
