My favorite Starbucks branch! ♥♥♥

Easily accessible from my workplace, and just a few meters away from Burgos Circle.

Interior is a bit smaller as compared to most other Starbucks branches, but that is what adds to its homey and cozy charm.

Starbucks drinks served well and freshly made, and the crew always offer sincere and charming smiles. And if you're a repeat client? They recognise you and your drinks.

What I adore about this place is their baristas. Super friendly, but very respectful and polite. I don't have all their names memorised (maybe except for Jeric, but then he's hot and adorable so that's that), but I recognise their faces well.

All of them, including the security officer, have genuine customer service in their mind and heart, and it shows in the way they treat their guests.

Will always recommend this...

This used to be my favorite branch, but not anymore.

It’s clear the cashier and the new manager are clearly not aligned. I ordered a drink with additional packaging (since it was for takeout). When I claimed my drink, I asked the manager for the handled paper bag I paid for, as I would be riding Angkas and it would be difficult to hold otherwise. I’ve ordered this many times before and always received the handled paper bag.

The manager then told me there’s a “new policy” which is not posted anywhere, stating that those handled paper bags are exclusively for “GrabFood” orders only. He even went over to the cashier to emphasize this. Instead, he gave me a regular paper bag I had to hold in my palms, which was far less convenient.

Such a disappointment. It feels like customer convenience isn’t valued...

Dropped by this place last week and they had an issue with my card. The cashier was running my card as credit when it was in fact a debit card. We both could learn in this interaction, but he ran it several times and never thought to ask what kind of card it was. I had a neat little breakfast thought, with the gourmet toast which, though it does not taste like gourmet, was served warm and was filling. The coffee is still...
