Cud Miód Fabryczna — Restaurant in Łódź

Very unfortunate experience…

It’s very unlikely for me to write a google review, but I just wanted to bring to your attention my poor restaurant experience.

We were having a starters and we were chatting with my friend, so we were eating slowly taking our time to enjoy it and in ten minutes waiter had come to take our plates, because she wanted to serve mains, although we didn’t finish our food (we felt very unwelcome and rushed to live, when you push your customers like that it creates very unpleasant feeling of mismanagement in hospitality). Then I politely asked our waiter to give us some time to finish the food, when I was told, that I will have to eat cold dishes, because they were ready. I was shocked (never seen it before), so I had to ask to keep them warm in the kitchen at least and when we finished with the starters, we were served mains, that were not eatable anymore. Burger bun soaked all juices from vegetables and souses, it wasn’t nice, paper under the burger got wet and stuck to the bottom of the burger. My spaghetti were overcooked, so I was a bit disappointed with service overall.

We were given a free dessert, but to be honest it doesn’t cover the whole experience here. Food wasn’t that bad, if it was served straight away from the kitchen.

From my humble opinion, I would not recommend this...

I've passed by this place in the summer time always and never had a chance to stop by but this time I said to myself I'm going to give it a try and I'm happy I did cause it was a great place to visit. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, though I went in the winter it was warm and cozy a perfect setting. The winter tea was a saviour in this cold with a freshly baked pizza and later some wine to end the evening. I also tried the steak and soup which were also great options, the menu is simple yet packed with great variety for anything you are looking for. I recommend this restaurant for sure the spot is very pleasant and easy to find in the summer time defnitley a busier area and outside seating. #eatoutside #datenight #healthy...

Co za cudowne miejsce ❤ Obsługa bardzo miła, zaraz po złożeniu zamowienia otrzymaliśmy czekadełko- oliwki z pysznym pieczywem i oliwą- bardzo mily akcent, z uwagi na błyskawiczny serwis praktycznie po chwili otrzymaliśmy przystawkę (zamowiliśmy jedną porcję dla dwóch osób)- rydze smażone w maśle- przepysznie doprawione, podane z podpieczoną grzanką- cudo! Następnie każdy otrzymał swojego steka (wołowina Angus)- oba usmażone dokładnie wg zamówienia, przepysznie doprawione, a sos pieprzowy- to jest istna poezja. Porcje są bardzo duże, każdy wyszedł przejedzony, a dodatkowo jeśli weźmiemy pod uwagę jakość, cenę i rozmiar, to Cud Miód Fabryczna ma bardzo przystępne ceny. Gorąco polecam- ja na 100% wrócę z wielką przyjemnością ❤

Edytuję opinię. Niestety. Mimo cudownego pierwszego wrażenia ostatnie wizyty są coraz gorsze. Nie wiem, co stało się z obsługą. Niezależnie od dnia- czy to środa o 18, czy poniedziałek o 15:37 (obłożenie przy przyjściu- 4 osoby w trakcie konsumpcji już złożonego zamowienia, a w momencie naszego wyjścia 12 osób)- oczekiwanie trwa niesamowicie długo- i o ile w przypadku dań przygotowywanych na bieżąco jestem w stanie to zaakceptować, to czas od domówienia tarty do otrzymania jej, to ok. 15 minut. Obsługa oschła, mało przyjemna. Podanie czekadełka nie jest już standardem- jest wydarzeniem wartym odnotowania, bo średnio raz na 5 wizyt je dostajemy. Lunche- w teorii są wydawane do 16. Oczekiwanie 12 minut na podejście kelnerki do stolika sprawiło, że o 15:49 lunchu nie dostaniemy. Ok, trudno. Rzeczona już tarta, po podaniu- z twardym ciastem, a w odróżnieniu od wielkości porcji przystawek, zup czy dań głównych- absurdalnie mała. I na dokładkę- przy tak małym obłożeniu- pod stolikami podłoga lepka, a kanapy w ostatniej salce- niezbyt czyste. Kurczę, nie taką jakość pamiętam. Nie taki lokal mnie zachwycił.

Tak, na pewno wrócimy do tej restauracji, zrewiduję wtedy ocenę. Niestety- tym razem spada do...
