This restaurant is the place to be in Łódź, with it always having a line every weekend. This place serves creative and affordable pancake creations that is sure to fill you up without emptying your wallet.

The pancake was fluffy and not too sweet, which complemented the savoury tender pulled beef and crispy onion rings really well. The portion was also big, and I left feeling super full and satisfied. The dip that came with it was also a really nice addition to the meal since it brought a little bit of tartness. The pancake burger also came with a lot of sliced pickles, which was strangely all placed on one side of the burger, but otherwise everything else was nice.

Overall, great value, great flavour, and great busy atmosphere if you're into that kind of vibe. Be ready to wait in a line if you come during weekend lunch and breakfast service. They also have branches in many different cities in Poland, so be sure to visit if there's one near you.

We were quite disappointed with our visit to this café. First, when we ordered our food, the soups arrived — but as soon as the pancakes were ready, they were brought out immediately too, without waiting for us to finish the soups.

Then, a wasp flew into my drink. Instead of replacing it with a completely new one, the staff just removed the insect, added some extra ice, and served it back as if it were fresh.

Later, when we decided to move inside because of the wasps, no one offered to help us carry our plates, even though the staff clearly saw us moving everything ourselves. Not a single offer of assistance was made.

We also had to wait about 20 minutes just to pay the bill. Finally, when we asked to take the food to go, they only gave us boxes, and we had to pack everything by ourselves.

Overall, the service was inattentive and careless, which really spoiled the experience.

Just to be clear: this negative review was published on May 10, but I found it blocked and won the appeal by Google. We sit almost for an hour waiting to be served whatching others who came after finishing their meal. We are two adults and three children. Hope to get the meal finally... Updated: we waited an hour. There is a stark difference with the place in Warsaw. If you are not hungry, plan a visit here, you will be hungry while waiting for the order. Updated - we were not served and refused to wait longer after they said that we had to wait 40 minutes longer. Just wanted to pay for the coffee but the waitress refused saying it was their fault. It was very said experience and it was for the first time in Poland for 20 years, never in łodz again for me ... I don't recommend the place. P S. In Chlopske Jadło near the place (next door) we have been served with the rocket speed as we were...
