Tired and stressed, this was the first place we spotted, but I'm glad we went there (this was back in May, decided to review now as I remembered how good they were)! Very good coffee and varied, fun cocktails. Price wise, they were cheaper than I expected for that area! I really, really enjoyed coming here on days out in Gdańsk and sitting outside for a while, looking out at the beautiful street. I just wanted a coffee and a break and ended up returning here as we enjoyed it so much. The staff were friendly and kind too, despite me being cheeky and trying to eat food I brought myself while having my coffee lol. I'll buy a cake next time, I promise! The lady on the bar was very patient as my English boyfriend tried to practice and place his drink order in Polish. As far as I saw, the lady also speaks and understands English well, English speaking tourists will be able to order easily here. They brought an ashtray out for us when they noticed us rolling cigarettes. Definitely recommended, quaint little cafe with lovely atmosphere, reasonable prices and great view of a beautiful, popular street in Old...

Cafe Kamienica absolutely stole my heart. Let me start a bit unconventionally, with the service, which was honestly some of the best I’ve experienced in a café in Gdańsk. The two gentlemen working that day were outstanding, real gems who absolutely deserve a raise! They were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely engaged with the customers. They even managed to tempt me into a few extra sweet indulgences. Which brings me to what really matters in a café, the sweets and the coffee. Your coffee is excellent, though I must say the matcha was rather average, probably the only thing I could critique. As for the place itself, it’s incredibly cozy. In the afternoon, the balcony is bathed in soft light, and the view over the iconic Mariacka Street is simply stunning. All in all, I had a truly positive experience and will definitely be coming back. Keep up...

I went there to eat lunch a couple hours ago and I ordered a Greek salad and a drink. The food didn't have taste, it did not have any dressing. It wasn't just the food that was disappointing. My experience was terrible, I am visiting from USA and I asked for the password for the wifi, the waitress was about the give that to me and this lady (who I presume was the owner/manager, who is in her 60s, barged in and told the poor waitress something along the lines of no wifi, waiving her hand). The waitress was embarrassed. I did not understand why she did that. I was sorry for the poor waitress. This is not how one should treat their customers and definitely not to her employees in front of...

This cafeteria is a gem in Gdansk. It offers a lovely terrace with view to the Cathedral and the inner space is beautifully decorated and cozy. People attending is kind and makes you feel comfortable. The orange cheesecake is a must to try with their winter tea or even beer. The sandwiches are tasty but denitely the desserts are the best. On weekends it can take some time to get a table at night.
