Absolutely amazing! I tried the Korean fried chicken sandwich and I've never tasted something similar before. The chicken was so juicy and tasty, the sandwich full of different amazing flavors and completed by the perfectly matching bread. The choice of the bread is indeed a gamchanger! Now, I'm on a mission: trying to make such a sandwich at home because unfortunately it's too far away to visit your shop regularly :D maybe you have some hints or tricks to get a good result, especially in regards to the bread, the coleslaw and handling of the chicken (which type of flour, stache, etc.) ;)

This is the sort of place you think about long after you finish your trip. This will be one the reasons I want to visit Gdansk again - it will be the first place I will come to eat at.
The food is prepared to a very high standard. The flavour is lawyered and very unique and satisfying. The broth they make is home made and nothing that I have ever tasted. This puts most ramen broths to shame. Try the soup - it is sublime. But so is the chicken and kimchi.
