A quaint little restaurant in a quiet neighbourhood. Saw someone recommended it online and accidentally stumbled upon it. Ordered a beetroot soup with a dumplings and pancakes with pork. Food is out of this world. The beetroot has the perfect balance between sourness and sweetness. The pancakes were slightly charred, which added very nice texture to the soft pancakes. Visited here on my first day in the city to try my first plate of Pierogi. They were light, slightly salty and with a filling of potato. A very nice snack, very well priced. I visited on a Friday early afternoon and the restaurant was empty. I'm not sure if my first attempts at speaking Polish phrases was appreciated by the lady working here who waved me dismissively to a table when I entered, but I persevered and I think I won her over when I smiled and thanked her for the food in Polish...

Very cozy place with traditional ucranian decorations as well as pictures from Lviv. They offer several types of ucranian dumplings, good to try the ones filled with duck. The potato pancakes are also great accompanied with goulash. Prices are pretty good and portions are great.
