Amazing Coffee shop with a similar feel to those that can be found out north west in USA, with amazing tasting foods that aren't prepackaged and over processed, coffee that is sourced from amazing companies that are environmentally conscious, with blends that actually have amazing flavor notes and always have multiple blends for use at any given time. The baristas are very friendly and well trained, not just in how to pull a shot, but how to use pour over (my favorite), chemex, and aeropress methods or coffee extraction. All baristas pouring lattes also have training to pour nice clean art at a minimum, leaving a nice presentation with latte drinks, along with the presentation of all other drinks and food coming out very nice and simple, but clean and pleasing. The environment and appearance of the seating area upstairs has a nice vibe with good lighting control leaving a good relaxing atmosphere, with an eclectic hodge podge of different furniture styles and looks which lends the northwestern USA hipster style which shows some thought was put into the appearance, without changes being made to their personal style to please others. Highly recommend going here to anyone wanting to find a new regular place, as the staff are observant and recognize regulars and remember the items they always order, showing they have some investment in building a clientele relationship. Jak niepotrzebnie stracić klienta? Kofeina znalazła na to sposób! Rzadko wystawiam złe opinie, ale no cóż, czasami trzeba. Zacznę od minusów: czas oczekiwania miał wynosić 15 minut, czekaliśmy ponad 30. krzesła i stół na górze się chwieją „toastie” zwyczajnie słaby i niewarty swojej ceny Oraz najważniejszy punkt, który skłonił mnie do napisania tej opinii: złe potraktowanie klienta już po wizycie. Na mojej kawie nie było latte art, co dla mnie nie jest problemem. Ale moje zdjęcie i tak zostało udostępnione na ich Instagramie z podpisem „No musiała pomieszać przed zdjęciem, no…!” Otóż nie, nie musiałam i na zdjęciu widać, że kawa nie była mieszana. Całkowicie niepotrzebny komentarz. Po czym osoba odpowiedzialna za Instagram: podważa moje słowa, robi z tego niepotrzebny problem (którego by nikt nie zauważyłby gdyby nie ona/on) oraz zwraca się do mnie „kochana”. Kończąc rozmowę, że „śmieją się z siebie”. Jestem po prostu zniesmaczona, podniosło mi to ciśnienie lepiej niż ich nieudana kawa bez latte art i cała wizyta teraz będzie kojarzyć mi się nieprzyjemnie.
