Beef Burger Bar — Restaurant in Krakow

I rarely write reviews, but this visit was frustrating enough to deserve one. From start to finish, the service was incredibly slow. I waited far too long just to place my order, and then even longer for the food to arrive. There seemed to be no sense of urgency or proper coordination among the staff.

When I finally received my meal, I was extremely disappointed. The burger was completely dry — the bun was hard, the patty was overcooked and lacked any juiciness or flavor. It honestly tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. There was no sauce to help with the dryness, and the overall texture made it almost inedible.

To make matters worse, the staff were rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked about the delay, I was met with a dismissive attitude and an eye roll. No apology, no explanation — just bad attitude all around. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there.

I understand that bad days happen, but there’s absolutely no excuse for poor customer service and low food quality like this. I will not be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this...

After giving this place a second chance, it’s a no from me. Latest burger was so soggy and wet it disintegrated in my hands and I had to seek the help of a knife and fork to eat it (an unpardonable burger sin). Meat seemed average and somewhat underseasoned.

The whole thing is packaged in such a way as to cause maximum mess when opening, spilling watery grease all over the table, my shoes and my clothes - but that is what the architecture of this wildly over-sauced burger demands, as wrapping it in this way is the only chance of holding the whole sloppy mess together.

Can only assume that the other positive reviews are assisted by its location in a boozy area. Maybe after several drinks, this place would be...

Now let me start by saying im fat. The main reason im fat is that I eat many many burgers! So me giving a burger place 5 stars in itself is a big deal. The fact that im going to say that this was the BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER EATEN will give you an indication of how good this was. The beef patties were big, juicy and well cooked. The salad was fresh and crispy. The sauce was delicious. Fries were crispy, as were the onion rings. Whilst we were eating they had a delivery from their supplier and the ingredients looked very high quality. There were 5 of us and everyone of us were delighted with our food. We had no choice but to shake the chefs...
