Nova Resto Bar — Restaurant in Krakow

I have come here often, and I also have give good before, but now I start to see what is wrong. The place look nice, food is super... But there waiter's are just too slow and don't not know how to look up and look on there guests. I come, wait for 3 min to get a table, I wanted something to eat.. got a table.. and in this place the menu card was on the table.. I find what I wanted to eat.. and then time go.. and after 12 min the waiter come.. and after that waiting.. I decided that I just took coffee and want to find a faster place to eat.. I get my latte whit only white sugar.. and after I was finish.. I try to get contact whit the waiter's.. after 8 min waiting.. I have to stand up.. And go to ask him if I can pay.. I am like this.. a waiter most look on all his table .. if not then he don't care about the client . So for god says.. get professional waiter, young boys and girls just don't have it.. ore learn them the job to do.. some have it and some just don't never get it.. I find a new place in this area to come 3-4 times...

Best food in Krakow! Photos of interior don’t do it justice! I found this place on the internet way before going but thought it looked a bit run down, but after not finding anywhere else we thought to give it a go. Wow I was wrong! Amazing deco, very modern look and design.

The food was also amazing, one of the best steaks I have ever had with a pepper sauce unlike any other, that matched it perfectly. Starters we had dumplings that tasted great! Compliments to the chef.

Cocktails were amazing, highly recommend the Sherry lady. The taste/look reminds me of a very expensive cocktail from 20 stories Manchester but for quarter of the price.

However, the service I would say was average. Some staff was nice and service was quick. But had a few run ins with rude waitresses, they looked moody and would ignore when u tried calling for their attention kindly.

Overall, highly suggest going. My favourite restaurant food and drinks wise in Krakow, service just...

Just went to nova for dinner . Our server was Isabel . She came to our table & I ordered my food then I ordered a glass of Prosecco. She kept asking did I want carva I said a glass of Prosecco. The drinks came & my drink was not what I had ordered . I waited until she wasn’t busy & I called her she came to table & I said that’s not Prosecco I can’t drink that & I haven’t touched it . She got annoyed & said well that’s what u ordered . She went & asked could it b changed she came back out glass down on table & walked away . Our food came out with a different server . She never came back to our table . But she stood at the door with other servers looking over at me as did other staff . Very uncomfortable meal . I spoke to her manager who just said so sorry . I definitely won’t b back . This girl is very rude & definitely needs to get manners when dealing with customers. She wouldn’t last 5 minutes in a restaurant in Dublin 🇮🇪. Pity because place...
