Belgian Fries Wawrzyńca — Restaurant in Krakow

Update 13/01/2019 Fries are still good but they went mental with prices. 12 pln for large (€2.80) is just slightly less than I paid in Brussels! I used to go there but for the same price you can buy a lot more than potatoes with sauce. And that is what you should do.

Stumbled on this place while wandering around Kazimierz. We had just been saying that we wanted some French fries after having eaten a lot of polish food lately, so we had to stop and try these. Got a large, which was a lot of fries. They were good fries and clearly fresh. No complaints at all, but I also don't think that there was anything particularly special about them. Great fries and great portions. Really glad we had lunch here, the chips are crispy and stay warm for ages without becoming soft or soggy.

Event he chips with goulash were still hot and crisp with the meat being tender and a great accompaniment to the chips (Forgot to take a picture before I had started eating haha).

Strongly recommended, grab a cone of chips and go for a walk...
