The menu looked very interesting for its novel approach to coffee and matcha. There were coffee and matcha mixes with orange and mango juices. I went for flat orange, which is a double shot of coffee mixed with orange juice. The taste at first felt interesting, but after a few sips, it was impossible to drink for me. The taste of orange being the stronger one in the mix completely overtook coffee, and its acidity intensified the natural acidity of coffee. The endproduct was caffeinated orange juice that is way more disturbing to stomach than actual coffee, which I love because of its subtle taste. The same story is with matcha. You can try different matcha brewed in unconventional styles, selection of Chinese teas and other specialties (matcha cookies are one o them) . It’s probably the best matcha I’ve ever had outside of my home. They seem to use very high quality matcha and even properly whisk it.
