Walked in and asked if we can takeaway, were given two menus and left alone, after we got the attention of staff and pointed at the menu while saying very clearly the 2 items we wanted, the staff member seemed so confused and needed help to put our order through. She walked away without saying anything else to us the entire time.
No one said anything to us at all so we sat down assuming our order was put through.
While waiting about 15-20 minutes, any time the staff made eye contact they would look away instantly even after we smiled at them.
Girl with blue hair had the worst frown on her pretty much the entire time unless talking to other staff, very negative attitude. The girl with neck length brown/red hair wiped her nose with her hand 3 times and didn't wash her hands but rubbed them on her apron while touching clean glasses/dishes. And the girl who took our order we assume was maybe just new? We saw our order put to the side in a bag then left for a bit until she got another member of staff to give it to us, then they asked us to pay.
Zero communication or customer service from the staff.
As far as ramen goes, it was okay food, just such a let down from the staff/atmosphere, did not feel...
Read moreThe worst customer service in Krakow. If you are a visiting foreigner do not waste time at this place. We came over for a take away because there was a big waiting line, the blond hostess at the entrance had very unpleasant attitude. We were told that it will take up to 30 min. We returned after 35 min, food was not ready. We were then told to wait 10 more min, however, we ended up waiting for 35 min outside at 0 degree cold weather. After around in total 80 min, my patience was over, i warned them that we shall leave and not pay if it is not ready in couple of minutes, it was late and we were tired and hungry after the trip. The hostess and another host were smoking outside, seeing us wait, did not inform us about anything. We went in to the cafe again to ask the last time before we leave, a waiter said that it is ready and the take away was at the cashier all this time. I do not understand how the customer service work in this place. We did not want to make a scandal, payed and left with ramen. It was already cold and the soup was not good at all. The noodles were in fact delicious.
It is not my first time in Krakow, but it was unfortunately my first worst experience. Suggest you better go to...
Read moreThe food was amazing as usual. Yet my afterwards experience was not. I saw in their instagram account a post that made me feel uncomfortable and ruined my whole experience. They posted a picture of me eating in the restaurant, but never asked me for my consent and then in the description of the post, they added a black ninja. I am black and I felt that the black emoji was unnecessary and potentially leads to a subtle offence towards people of color like me. But the worse part is that when I approached them through the private chat in instagram, they said that my face is not visible in the picture (so they felt like not needing to ask for my consent) and that the ninja was not black, but a white person with a black uniform. They never genuinely apologised. It was very disappointing to see the way they handled the situation. Especially since they say that their restaurant is a safe place for equality and diversity. Reason why I expected them to be more careful and sensitive with the content they post on their social media. And also, if a mistake is made, don’t justify it. At the end, I demanded to delete the post,...
