We just had my bday dinner in the restaurant. Well...we are very disappointed! We have ordered meal for us and our son (6year old btw. It was 7pm dinner time so very hungry child!) . At first our weitress misinformed us about the starter / menu items as we asked for pate and she said there is no any pate in the menu l, then we have ordered the pate from the weitress...five minutes after reading it from the inside the menu! Then brusheta starter we have ordered arrived shortly after and plates for it arrived few minutes later (God only knows why not at the same time!) when my husband already dig into a starter and start eating it on the tissue. Then the main course arrived after but to our suprise our sons order was wrong when I specifically ephesised that we want to replace yogurt and cucumbers with broccoli ( by the way they also charged us extra for the broccoli PLN 4.50 withouth even mention it, rather replacing the cucamber and yogurt side dish!). The waitress took my son wrongly delivered dish back and said she will replace it. My husband asked her could she at least bring him some fries for now so he can start. Just a node from her side and nothing has happened. We have finished our meal and our son was still waiting for his dish and in mean time he has ate my husband's half mea(fries)l!!!no further follow up from the staff restaurant at all during that time. My husband went to see the manager about the situation and fair play she said we can leave and don't pay the bill but we said we pay for what we have consumed( we were not there for the free bee!) and cancelled my birthday cake order which was supposed to be a surprise from my husband and son.! We are very disappointed as the house was not full at all and it was not a weekend rush hours and our order was plain and simple. Wish behind the big name who owns the restaurant was the big customer service and nice atmosphere. We definitely did not find it there and it has had spoiled my birthday for sure! For such a location and an exterior I got the opposite service and quality of food and cleanness of cutlery. First thing that made me feel sick is flowers 🌸 that make you feel nouseous because of their strong smell and that they are too close to you on a window sight. I’m sure in a good restaurant the chef 👨‍🍳 wants you to feel all the spectrum of flavors of the dish, while being here all I could smell are those strong scented pink poison ☠️🤪. #2 I’ve been served a tea with a dirty cup. The brown traces of the previous person who drank coffee or tea has been left, and think about it the germs 🦠 of him are also there. I have been greeted with a guy who gave a look like, cmon smile at least. Although another waiter, the girl was good 👍. To sum up: Location - 5 of 5 Service - 3 of 5 First impressions of the greeting look“of the waiter the guy” - 0 of 5 The Caprese I’ve ordered - 2 of 5. For a restaurant it’s minimum Mozarella do buffalo not the Store seller mozarella in packages. Those 2 points go to the sauce, it was ok. I was also gonna order a burger 🍔, but after I’ve read a review of another girl about the overcooked meat in it, I’ve immediately cancelled my order. We spent an enjoyable evening at the wonderful Zalipianki. The food was delicious, the drinks excellent, the desserts overwhelming. Nothing to criticize here, cheers to the kitchen. Unfortunately, the service clouded the experience.

We were not greeted, the waitress we approached stated that she was not responsible for our table. The waitress in charge served the food without a word and disappeared without drinks. We thought she had forgotten, but could not complain because she left quickly.

After several minutes, the drinks arrived so that we could we could start with the meal. Later I wanted to order a beer, but this was not possible because the waitress in charge did not show up. When the dessert (2x cake with ice cream) came, a set of cutlery (spoon and fork) was missing. I complain, but then got only a fork. When we wanted to pay, she wordlessly put the bill on the table and did not come again, so we were forced to leave the bill amount on the table.

No one said goodbye to us. Overall, it was a good evening because of the good food and drink. However, the listless waitress marred...
