This is a place I wish I could give a good review, as I really want to support small cafes. We sat outside at a table, and nothing happened. A waiter (one of two working Monday evening) washed a table next to us, and said nothing.
Eventually I understood maybe we had to go inside. No sign saying "please order indoors". Every restaurant we've been to so far in Kraków would come to the table for orders (or at least give us a friendly reminder to order indoors).
So we go in just to meet this young lady not looking very service minded. No advice about the food or "can I take your order please", just a silent glance. Eating out every day on holiday makes you notice when a waiter has a bad day, and what waiters give good service.
We eventually ordered pancakes and drinks, juice and one bottle of water. Strangly we did not get any glasses, even though they knew we were sitting outside. Do people normally drink straight from the bottle at restaurants for dinner? Had to ask for that too, and when asking we got two glasses even though we were three people.
In other word, when it comes to service this place has a looong way to go compared to other restaurants in Kraków.
The pancakes... well, they were OK. Prices between 18 and 25 for pancakes. Good sized portions, but nothing too special. After this service, and then getting dirty cutlery I was put off. No need to mention what happened when I pointed out the stains on the cutlery and asked...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Tucked away in the scenic Plac Wolnica of the Jewish quarter, CREPE ME Nalesniki i Kawa is a delightful gem waiting to be discovered. The establishment seamlessly marries simplicity with sophistication, allowing you to tailor your crepe and coffee experience to your liking. With the September sun shining down, their outdoor seating offers unparalleled views of the square, making every bite and sip a treat for the senses. The black Americano, pure and unadulterated, paired with a banana and Nutella crepe, is a personal indulgence I highly recommend. But it's not just about the food and drink; it's about the ambiance, the history surrounding you, and the impeccable service that makes it all come together. As you meander through the area, capturing its architectural splendor, remember to treat yourself at CREPE ME. Similarly, as someone who's dedicated to guiding individuals on their wellness journey, I've always believed in finding those perfect spots in life to nourish both body and soul. Whether you're savoring a crepe or embarking on a transformative fitness journey, remember, the right setting and guidance can elevate the...
Read moreI recently visited this crepe place and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The receptionist's demeanor was as cold as ice, and her communication felt more like a report than a welcoming interaction.
Despite the initial impression, I decided to focus on the food, hoping for a redeeming quality. I ordered the basic crepe, but to my disappointment, it was served with barely any chocolate. The small amount provided seemed more like a mere paint stroke than a satisfying inclusion.
Overall, the combination of unwelcoming service and the lackluster crepe left me with a subpar dining experience. I hope these aspects can be improved to create a more enjoyable atmosphere for...
