Postitives - The food is very nice! Authentic, delicious and a big variety! They offer a little bit of other cuisines beside japanese too, like Vietnam and Korea. - The drink selection is also fantastic! So many different and well done teas which you get in your personal pot! They have fantastic Japanese plum liquor! Several Japanese beers! - They have two rooms with tatami-mats where you can experience a dinner like you're really at Japan. - They also have regular European style seating for those who don't wish to sit on the floor. The interior is really lovely. - They are also located at a fantastic place between the Jewish quarter and old town. - The prices are reasonable. You don't feel like you're overpaying for anything, but not underpaying either. They have struck a very good pricing balance. Negatives - The service can be a tad slow, as in most big European cities. We stayed there for two hours while at least half of that was spent on waiting, reminding the employees that you exists and doomscrolling on your phone while you're slowly fading and getting angrier with each minute, as you're really hungry already. Overall the service was slower than anywhere else in Krakow during my week-long visit. That soured the experience somewhat. TLDR - 5 stars for the foods, drinks and the amount of selection. - Minus 2 stars for the mega-slow service - plus one star for the tatami rooms results in 4 stars.

We went to this place on a weekend and the restaurant was empty. We were greeted by an unhelpful waitress/receptionist. The food served - ramen was AWFUL. I was approached and challenged by the owner who was rude. He said he’s an Asian. I hope you are not a Japanese, or else the ramen that you served would be a disgrace to Japanese ppl. Japanese spend quite a bit of time (ie years!) just to perfect their ramen broth and noodles! FYI, I am a Japanese who just relocated to Poland recently and was disappointed with the food that was served. Ramen was not authentic, it’s sth that we could get from a supermarket at 3zl. The chefs recommendation ramen - the broth was lack of flavor (we couldn’t taste the miso at all) and the piece of charsiu that was served was gross. The owner suggested that we go back and try again on the house but no sorry - we will NEVER come back as this restaurant is quite far from the Center and we could find nicer restaurants with polite and friendly service in the Jewish Quarter. At the same time, pls respect Asian food and its people. Japanese are proud of their ramen (and not sth made of out of plain broth and store bought poor consistency noodles). Thank you.

EDO Sushi Bar in Kraków offers a wonderful dining experience with its cozy and stylish atmosphere that makes you feel right in Japan. The decor is beautifully done, blending modern touches with traditional Japanese elements, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed meal. The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with a warm smile and helpful suggestions. One of the highlights is their ramen – it’s rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. If you’re looking for a place with great vibes, welcoming service, and delicious ramen, EDO Sushi Bar is a must-visit.

Niestety ostatnio jedzenie podrożało, a porcje jakby takie mniejsze...
