I tried to contact trough official email before i write here, but i didn't got any response, so here is my review:
I've got food poisoning on 08.16 (Friday) I ate a Messi burger. It wasn't tasty like it used to, but didn't seemed rotten neither.
Next day (Saturday) i was suffering more than 12 hours straight. I vomited and i had diarrhea.
On Sunday i felt i bit better, however my stomach was hurt all day, but somehow in the evening it stopped, so i tried to eat something normal after two days of starvation.
Clearly it was a mistake because on Monday i had to stay in bed all day again. The diarrhea and vimiting returned. I almost ate nothing the whole day to be better for Tuesday when we went home.
On Wednesday, when i was supposed to work already after our long weekend trip, i wasn't able because how tired and exausted i was.
Now, after more than a week, i feel better. I really have to pay attention what i am eating because i still feel a bit discomfort in my stomach, but i learned the hard way, how to manage.
We were in Krakow just for a few days as my birthday long-weekend and it was a complete waste of time and money. We spent almost our whole weekend in a room far from home for a bunch of money because somebody decided not to wash hands or relabeled expired meat or who knows what...
This was never happened in a HRC with me. This is one of my favourite franchise and always have a great time whenever i'm travelling. This was my sixth visit just in this year in various cities, and this time i'm really disappointed and angry.
We tought trough a few times with my wife and we're sure the couse was this burger. We ate the same thing on Friday and on the previous days, only this was the difference between our meals because she had a veggie burger...
Read moreI visited Hard Rock yesterday with my family, including three children. Initially, the team was helpful in finding us a table on short notice, which we appreciated. However, our experience quickly turned into an incredibly stressful ordeal.
We were seated on the first floor near the bar, where a group of men was singing loudly. At first, we tried to ignore the noise, but after about 10 minutes, it became unbearable. My daughter became extremely upset, it was getting quite rowdy by this point and they were directly behind us. Despite multiple families visibly distressed by the noise, the bar staff continued to serve the group and made no effort to address the situation.
When I informed our waitress that we were leaving, as we had not received any food or drinks yet, she physically stopped me from leaving and insisted I wait for a manager even as I offered to pay for everything. Meanwhile, my daughter was crying and visibly distressed, yet I was treated as if I were trying to leave without paying. This was humiliating and completely unacceptable.
When the manager finally arrived, it seemed they were unaware of the situation, as no one had explained why I was waiting. The entire situation was mishandled—from not addressing the disruptive group earlier to treating me like a criminal for trying to leave with my distressed child. Families should be made to feel welcome, and empathy should be shown in such situations. This was a deeply upsetting experience that could and should have been handled...
Read moreGiving at least one star is obligatory. We went up to the cafe, and found one empty table. After waiting around for a while and seeing no one we sat down. Then a waitress came and asked us if we talked to the host about our seats. We said no, and she explained that to seat we need to be approved by the host, since the table was empty but dirty. We said we waited around and looked and saw no one, so we figured we do this how we do it in our country, that you see an empty table and just sit. She told us thats not how things work here. Now that would have all be fine, but her impoliteness really struck us. She went out of her way to mock every little thing we said, even when we explained that there was no one there, she just rolled her eyes and used that sick mocking customer service tone to say “well we can’t possibly be at all places all the time”. She could have just said “Oh, well here we sit people down, sorry that no one was there to accommodate you, he was taking a break” and it all would be normal. But the fact that she stayed firm and argued and mocked us was really infuriating, so we quickly packed our stuff and left. A franchise like Hard Rock Cafe won’t really take a hit from a single bad review, but it can take a hit from rude employees. About the food and the rest I can’t rate it, I never tried. Overall everything is really overpriced and you get treated like a piggybank they fish out tips on instead of another...
